Just got these in the mail, so I haven't tried them in the snow yet but they seem sturdy and definitely true to size. They are a little bit stiff through the shaft but that may be a pretty common thing with snow boots. The zipper pull needs to be facing down in order to lock and stay up and not slip back down... kinda like most jeans.

These boots were just what I was looking for; unfortunately, I am returning them. As the previous reviewer stated, they were quite stiff (to the point of serious discomfort when I tried them on. It felt as though there were wooden splints on all sides of the shaft, though the foot area was comfortable.

This boot style runs extremely large. Order one size smaller than normal unless you intend to wear hunting type socks - even with regular thick knee highs; there will still be plenty of room. The boot is great for wide feet; would not recommend this style for the narrows. The shaft is stiff; hoping with wear this will become pliable.

I love everything about these boots. We have a home in the mountains where the winters are very cold. These boots keep my feet warm and they look so cute. I also could not believe quickly they arrived. I think I ordered them on a Sunday, had them my Tuesday!

Even if boot had fit, it was very stiff and was painful just from walking around the house. Boot felt very wide and even though I ordered a size down the size 12 still felt to big.

These were so stiff they hurt the front of my leg when I took a step. I'm sure they are warm and dry.
