After much experimentation, this is my favorite crossbody bag, just right for everyday use. It holds a small, flat wallet without a checkbook, cell phone, iPod, keys, and a few small cosmetics. I don't use cases for the electronics with this bag because each has a separate zip pocket for protection, and the cases will not fit, anyway. I tried a French wallet, but it was too thick to allow my phone, etc, to fit in the smaller front pockets. I tend to carry too much in a bag, and when I travel I use this for essentials and keep a shoulder bag or tote in my car trunk with extras I don't need for errands and shopping. I can then pop everything from this bag into a larger one when necessary. I've tried larger crossbody bags but they are too bulky for comfort. I sometimes switch this from side to side when I'm not wearing a coat or jacket, because even with its light weight this bag puts a little pressure on my neck. The strap adjusts a few inches so that it can be worn as a shoulder bag. If you need more holes a cobbler can punch them for you neatly. Cole Haan's leather and construction quality are excellent. I have several of their bags in various sizes and colors. They're classic, rather than trendy in style, but just edgy enough to be interesting and stylish for years. I use a high quality leather conditioner to keep all my bags, belts, and shoes in top shape. This bag is well worth the investment, and the blue is gorgeous!

The color and leather on this bag are gorgeous. I was hoping the unzipped gusset would provide more room, a little too small for me, but would be great if you like a small bag.

The blue ink from the leather bled all over my red silk blouse and ruined it. Not even the dry cleaner could fix. Would have expected more from Cole Haan.

I love this Cole Haan purse! I have 5 of them. It has come in amazing colors. It is just the right size to hold all I need to carry. I would probably buy more, but I think I have just about every color I need.

I just returned from a trip to the Baltic, and a friend brought this bag with her on the trip. Oh my goodness this bag is gorgeous! The beige color goes with everything, and the patent leather is dressy but the crossbody strap makes it wearable every day. I get tons of comments on this. Pretty small but perfect for my phone, a few cosmetics, and a small wallet.

This is a fab cross body bag. The whole thing unzips to expand, if needed. Very nice. I would highly recommend this bag, especially for travel.
