I purchased the Cole Haan Pinch Cup Tassel in August 2009 because I have worn other Cole Haan shoes with the molded sole and loved them. These are equally comfortable and I expect them to last a long time just like other Cole Haan shoes I have had in the past. Zappos' price was best on the web and everything about the transaction went smoothly.

The shoes were comfortable. However, I didn’t feel that they had the Cole Haan style, look and build. The leather seems stiff and cheap. The black rubber soles overshadowed the overall style of the shoe.

Just the right combination of traditional and contemporary styling. More comfortable than I expected. (I replaced a similar Cole Haan product.) Stitching on left shoe vs. right shoe not a perfect match, but acceptable. (I expected something closer to perfect for this price and this shoemaker.)

Just one comment, GREAT! It was going to be a Christmas present but, to my surprise, my husband enjoyed these shoes too much to let them sit in a box. The shoes are out of the box early and on his feet. What a surprise for me since he lets me know, "Who needs more then three pairs of shoes?" Thank you,Zappos!

Great shoe-very comfortable and stylish. Zappos is a great place to do business with. I ordered on a Tuesday and the shoes were delivered on Thursday. This consistently occurs when ordering from them.

I love this shoe. It has a very smooth sockliner, which is perfect for wearing without socks. The sole is flexible, but substantial enough to provide good support. The quality is typical of Cole Haan. My only complaint is that it does not come in size 6.5 (my size), so I purchased a 7. It feels as though it is the right width and length for a size 7.
