The Pinch Air Tassel is a classy looking shoe that is very comfortable. Great for dress or casual wear. This is my first purchase of the Pinch series with the Nike Air technology. It does seems more comfortable and I especially like the partial rubber sole to prevent slipping. The Zappos service is amazing; order one day, delivered the next!

Very comfortable shoes. I tried on the regular pinch tassel loafers and the air tassel ones. The regular are very nice, but the air variety is more comfortable. Not sure how air works, but it does make for as more comfortable shoe.

I bought these for a non-online shopping husband, who was pleasantly surprised by the great fit. Even with a heel spur, the shoes are very comfortable. He was able to just put them on and wear them all day. The air feature is what makes these work. Beautiful looking.

Zappos had a number of different models and colors of the Cole Haan shoes that I wear, in stock. I have a large narrow foot, and my shoes are difficult to find. I had tried a number of stores in my area and was told that they could not even order the size and model I wanted. Zappos had them in stock and delivery was very prompt. I ordered four pairs and they were all as advertised and promptly delivered.

I have worn Cole Haan Pinch Tassel style shoes for over 20 years, having them re-soled more than once. This new Nike Air Tassel is a bit different, but continues with the good looks and comfort of the older style. I'm difficult to fit, and this shoe did require some break in. But the effort was well worth it.

Great shoe! Most comfortable loafer I've ever worn. If the Nike Air technology holds up and doesn't flatten out too much over time, this will be a great shoe for years. With good construction, I will not be buying any other type of loafer, as this is the most comfortable dress loafer on the market - even better than the Memphisto casuals I have!

Heads-up on this one! I've been wearing CH for years (size 13). I bought this pair as a replacement for the exact shoe (earlier generation) that I had resoled twice. This shoe was stamped "13", but was easily a solid 1+ size larger. Not willing to accept that the shoe was too big, I began breaking them in. I scuffed the sole and thus they were mine. I have inserted heel grabbers, and now sole inserts trying to tighten these shoes up and make them wearable. It is my own fault, but should have sent them back immediately. I was unable to make the mental connection. I have 8-10 pair of dress shoes, half of which are CH, all size 13. These were not the same, perhaps a new manufacturer? The soles in this "air" version is very comfortable, but the shoe requires serious break-in time.

This is an attractive and well-made shoe that can pair nicely with khakis or a suit. They are far more than conventional, leather-soled shoes. I expect these shoes to last for years. Fantastic service!

Excellent shoe. It was a replacement for a 3 year old Cole Haan without the 'air' option. I am amazed at the difference the 'air' cushioned heel makes.

Zappos shipped the shoes promptly; they were as advertised. Wide sizes are in stock! None of the local stores had this shoe in a wide including the Cole Haan store. Zappos to the rescue once again. Top notch online retailer!

This was my first online shoe purchase. Because I wear a size 14 or 15, I have no issue with the shoe not fitting properly the first time. Even in a shoe store, it is sometimes necessary to try different sizes to find the right fit. Often, as is the case, I cannot try on different sizes because the typical mall store will not carry a size 15. As for the Cole Haan loafer, I love the shoe for it's quality craftmanship and I'm impressed with Zappos level of service and their free shipping. I intend to buy all of my footwear from Zappos in the future. They are a great organization, with great service.

I try to rate items based on value relative to cost. I break in shoes, do not wear two consecutive days, and keep them in cedar shoes trees. The Air version is worth the few extra bucks over the standard model if you do a lot of walking. So far, the Cole Haan Air tassels are a very good to excellent value for the price. The styling is decidedly classic, rather than forward, which is a matter of preference and taste. I would definitely purchase another pair.

My husband is very hard to fit for dress shoes size 11 1/2 wide. He loves these shoes! The cushioned insole provides the support and comfort he needs for running around airports. Pricey, but worth it for the comfort.
