The Cole Haan Pinch Tassel (non Nike Air version) has been my every day shoe for over 15 years. I have had over 10 pairs. I was interested in trying the Nike Air version here at Zappos, so I ordered my customary size in a Nike Air version. It was too tight across the forefoot. I had to shoe horn my foot into it, and the fit was very tight and almost painful. The length and width of the shoe is fine, it is the HEIGHT of the shoe that is tightest. The padding/liner of the Nike Air version seems to be memory foam, and there is a Nike Air pad in the forefoot... perhaps all of the Air Pad + Memory Foam take up an extra 1/4" or so, but for me that is enough to make the fit very tight. In other words, it would better if you could remove the insole of the shoe (but you can not since it's glued in). Assuming you have a thin forefoot I suppose you will be fine. Zappos is an excellent company and terrific with returns- I will continue to use them very much. This one pair of shoes has been the exception and not the fault of Zappos as it is the model of shoe.

I rock the 10.5's. Really comfortable. Can make for a tough commute in the rain, but that's about as close as I can come to complaining about this shoe. No sore feet at the end of a 12 hour work day. And they look great.

I run regularly and walk fast at work, let alone being on my feet, as far as dress shoes go the Nike Air cushioning works great.

Very handsome shoe and well made. The color is awesome and the non-slip sole and heel are just great. A bit stiff at first, but after a full day's wear they work in well. Great shoe for casual or dress.

Before Nike purchased Cole Haan, I bought 2 pairs of these which were at that time called "Braganos." The only mistake I made was not buying enough of them since they were discontinued by Nike for years. When I saw them back, I bought a pair and one week later bought 3 more identical pairs. If the shoe fits, buy 4!

Very comfortable shoes. Felt good right out of the box -- no break-in required. I like the rubber insert on the sole and heel - no slip in any weather or on any surface.

This is an excellent pair of shoes right out of the box. The first time I wore them was to a wedding and they with stood much dancing without a problem. These are very comfortable shoes and I have been wearing them to work every day for a month now with no complaints. They are well made and attractive looking. They go well with dress pants or a suit.

This was a replacement for a 5 year old Cole Haan of the same style, except for the Nike Air now on this shoe. Nike Air is great, I wouldn't buy another CH without this. Shoe looks great and was comfortable right out of the box.

I have been using Zappos to buy my shoes and every year I buy my son a pair for Christmas, not only do they have a good price the people are so helpful and friendly. I use Cole Haan shoes and they don't wear out so it is hard to buy over one pair a year, I look forward each year to talk to them. I think they wrote the guidelines for customer service

Shoes were a little tight when I initially put them on. Wore them the first day and brought a 2nd per on shoe just in case but did not need them since shoe loosen up during the day. Nice pair of shoes.

My buying experience with Zappos was great. Especially when I needed to exchange my shoe purchase for a different size. I simply told them what size I needed, they mailed it out at their expense. I simply mailed back the original purchase (at their expense) within 2 weeks of the exchange notice. This is a very comfortable pair of shoes. I highly recommend shopping with Zappos.
