Love em. True to size. I went with a wide even though most other shoes fit just fine. The Nike Air sole is incredibly comfortable.

First of all, these are on the narrow side. I got these for my husband who always gets 11B and these were too narrow for him. That is a first, I believe. We reordered an 11D which amazingly fit. They look great and he says they are very comfortable. Thanks for your great customer service, as always!

Got this for hubby and he loves 'em! I originally got 11.5/wide. His size depends on the company as it always is and in this case, the shoes were a little too big for him. Communicating with a rep on live chat is the easiest thing! The rep was fantastic, and emailed the return label to me to save me time. I recently had to call another company to speak to a sales rep, and was put on hold for a long time and it felt like more than 10 minutes. The call incurred minutes on my cell! Phone communication with a sales rep is so old school. So I really appreciate live chat with a rep and it's free! The rep mailed out the new shoes without receiving the old shoes first! Love it! Got the new shoes the next day. Hubby says they put extra cushion where the ball of the foot touches and the shoes are very comfortable. Hubby's 41 yr old, and losing cushion in his feet :-( But Zappos is there to help him! :-)

After my first few hours of use, they felt too tight and stiff. But they rapidly softened up and have turned out to be completely comfortable. The insert has a delightful soft feel. The shoes are always sharp and classy looking and I am completely satisfied.

Delivered as promised. It was a Medium instead of a "D". I was told they are the same. Feels tighter. Will see if they stretch. Otherwise fine. Do really like this shoe if it fits.

Brands I'd also recommend: Brand is great. Size needs to be right.

I ordered these for my husband in the burgundy. Both the color and craftsmanship are beautiful. These shoes are generally a bit stiff out of the box, but he has a number of Cole Haan shoes and is a real fan. They break in beautifully while maintaining their shape. Definitely recommend.

Have bought the regular Cole Haan Pinch Penny loafers for years, but have to say that these are more comfortable, plus the rubber patch in the middle of the sole prevents slipping.

The shoes arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. The styling on the Pinch Air Penny loafer shoe is timeless. The comfort of the Nike Air insole was much better than expected. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend shopping at Zappos. Their customer service was off the chart! This level of service is difficult to find these days. The fact that I caught the shoes on sale was just icing on the cake.

I bought these in a wide size because the regulars were too narrow for my already very narrow feet. Seems to be true of the brand in general. Ordered both the Air and the non-Air versions and there's no denying it: the Air makes a great difference in comfort (though the non-Air is quite comfortable too). Only drawback is that the Air version doesn't have some rubber on the sole, so they give a little too much traction for good dancing, you know, if these are your party shoes. But they're perfect for the office.

I'm a huge Cole Haan fan. Have been wearing the pinch style loafer for many years. This is the first time I purchased the "Nike air" version and will likely buy again as they are more comfortable. Quality looks good, but time will tell.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas 2010. Initially, he said that the size 11.5 shoes fit perfectly. When he tried them on again, they seemed to come off when he walked. I called Zappos and they took care of the exchange at no extra charge. To add to that, they still honored the sale price that I originally paid. The customer service is incredible. I have yet to find another company that is at par with them. They were professional and courteous. I will never buy elsewhere.
