The bow is really really pretty; but that is about it. The rest of the shoes look cheap. It does come with a bag to protect them. Other than that, I am returning them.

Very disappointed. Tey scuffed in the first wear. They are not made well. I expected much better quality from a Cole Haan shoe. I plan to write to the company regarding my dissatisfaction. I gave it 2 stars because my daughter reports they are comfortable!

I love these shoes! They are adorable and so comfortable! My daughter loves them too and we get lots of compliments! I took out the sock liner and saw the Nike air bag underneath. Real comfort built in!
