Cute but poor fit - I ordered a 10 and they were way too tight at the toe. So, I ordered a 10.5 and now they are too wide and my heel slips right out! Very strange fit on these shoes. Love the look, but they are not for me.

Love them! I first heard about the Cole Haan's shoes by way of the Oprah show. I have flat feet...and wearing heels can be painful for me. These shoes are wonderful! I have them in 3 colors. Expensive...but worth the comfort of my feet.

This is a beautiful red color shoe. I've received tons are compliments on them. I was worried they might not be the shoe for dancing, but I danced for hours at a wedding. They make you feel pretty.

The shoes are beautiful and comfortable. However, they ran a bit big for me. I originally ordered the 8.5, which were definitely half a size too big. Ordered the 8 and had it delivered overnight for free (thank you, Zappos!) and they fit perfectly.

From blue jeans to board room, these beautiful and most comfortable heels fit the bill. I have them in the gray, chocolate and purple. True to size and width, this is an all around perfect shoe.

I can't wait to wear these shoes for my wedding in October - I know they don't look like a bridal shoe, but 1. My fiance is only 5'9" and I am 5'4" so, I did not want a very high heel or platform. 2. My dress has a very vintage look to it, but I wanted a colored shoe, so I needed something understated This shoe fits the bill, and with the Nike air insole, they don't even feel like heels! Worth every penny!

I love these shoes! The royal berry is more purple than I expected, so I returned them, but I also ordered them in black and kept those. I cannot wear pumps made by anyone other than Cole Haan. These shoes are elegant, well-made, and comfortable. And thank you, Cole Haan, for being one of the few shoe companies that carries shoes in a size 10½!

Not comfortable = Not worth the price. Really bad pressure on the toes after a few seconds of wearing. I am flat footed, and hoped these would work, maybe they do for high arches. Not me.

These pumps are so chic. They fit perfectly, look incredible on the feet and the best part is, they are comfortable! Cole Haan has become my favorite designer when it comes to shoes and the Zappos staff were great as usual.

I am typically an 8-8 1/2, but I am a solid 8 1/2 in Cole Haan. My foot is a little narrow, but the M fits perfectly. Love love love Cole Haan Nike Air shoes!! They are amazing for standing all day at work (I teach) or going out for the night.

Love this shoe! It is beautiful. After a day or two of wearing them they started slipping on the heel. I was so disappointed, but then tried a heel pad in the back and it fit perfectly again. Love this shoe!

This is a beautiful pump - not too high, great with skirts, dresses and slacks - and extremely stylish - and comfortable. I have very high arches and extremely narrow heels, so I discovered the excellence of the Cole Haan narrow fit after many trials and errors. I am a marathoner, so cannot tolerate too-high shoes or pumps where all the weight is on my toes and forefoot. I love Cole Haan Air products because they don't crush my forefoot. The fit of this shoe is great, the peep toe doesn't cut into my peeping toes, but there is a seam that rubs up on my arch (hence only 4 of 5 stars for comfort) - maybe not a problem for you but if you have high arches, you should watch out for that! I wore this shoe out of the box (with bandaids on my arches) to give a talk - stood for 2 hours and walked to/from the venue - and I was very comfortable. I am glad I got these, Cole Haan Air are worth their prices (especially with Zappos' free shipping!).
