All I have to say is that after 6 pairs of trying wide shoes, these shoes are like walking on air! Soft and comfy especially if you have wide feet. I have 9 wide and these shoes are truly to their size and super comfy I am sold! Love them and, yes, I would recommend them to a friend. Only con: the price, but worth every penny. This is a quality shoe.

Very comfortable shoe! The first time I wore them I was on my feet for 4 solid hours and was surprised at how good my feet felt afterwards (and I never wear heels). I have a narrow foot and this shoe was a little wide through the heel when I first put it on, but after wearing them for a little while they were nice and snug.

This is an extremely comfortable pump, as expected. Everything is great except that the leather-covered heel is easily damaged. Within my first few wears, I tore the leather a bit on the inside of both heels and now the shoe looks worn. As I wear the shoe I will have to have this repaired on an ongoing basis. A bit frustrating when you buy shoes at this price, but I guess to some degree it is unavoidable wear and tear. I would prefer an alternative to the leather-covered heel.

When I first wore these with a thin pair of socks they felt amazing. However, without socks it was painful. This was because my feet were pressed against a gap between the inner sole of the shoe and the walls of the shoe. I don't know if it was because the modification to make it wide, without changing the size of the sole, but if you look in the shoe you'll definitely see it. I was so sad since initially it was perfect.

These shoes are beautiful and really comfortable. The heel is higher than I usually wear, but the Air Pump technology makes them feel great.

Most beautiful pump -
This pump is very beautiful, made of soft patent leather with a cushiony platform that helps raise the ball of your foot so the heel does not feel so high. C width is too narrow for my extra wide feet, so I will reluctantly return it. Wish I could keep it, though.

The Cole Haan Carma OT Air Pump is a "must have for all shoe fashionistas." It is a "classic design" which will stay in style for many years. I have it in black leather and brown patent. If I could afford it, I would buy it in every color. The shoe size runs a bit small. I wear a 9B, this is what I ordered; but the "shoe just fits." So, "if the shoe fits, wear it"! Great look!

I actually bought the gunmental mirrored directly from Cole Haan and they are hot! It's hard to find fun shoes in 11N, but not only do these look great, they are comfy as well. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful shoe, a great splurge for a wardrobe fundamental! There really is more comfort in this shoe. I have wide feet & purchased the wide width & it is very comfortable. It is very difficult to find a high quality, attractive shoe in wide width, but this is it! The first time I wore them I stood for about 4 hours that evening at a funeral service; my feet did not hurt that night or the morning after.

I have another pair of Cole Haan shoes similar to these without the peep toe so knew that these would fit true to size and feel great even though the heels are a little higher than I usually wear. These shoes are all-day comfortable. I dress for work around seven every morning and usually don't get home until around seven in the evening and don't even need to kick these shoes off the minute I get home.

So far so good. Not someone who wears heels and when I do I always have problems with the bottom of my feet. I wore these around the house before taking them out on the street and was quite surprised. When I finally did wear them out it required a lot of walking and again I was quite surprised. I can't say they are perfect yet, but I do believe with more wear the shoes and my feet will adjust. May need to have them stretched a bit as they are a little snug in the toe box, but I think these just might be keepers.

I am 41 and not sure what possessed me to buy 3 inch heels, but these shoes are the best. The Nike Air technology sure makes a difference in the comfort. The shoes are slightly narrow at the toe for a wide foot like mine, but I've been able to wear them without issues. I guess in my mid-life I've upgraded my shoes a bit! I love Zappos for all of my shoe shopping including 3 kids and a husband! Thanks.

These are the best shoes I\'ve ever had and so great I felt compelled to write a review. I have a narrow heel and wide foot with short little toes and nothing ever fits. These shoes fit perfectly and didn\'t hurt after 10 hours without hose for a wedding. Cole Haan doesn\'t always fit me well but these were well worth it.

These shoes are very pretty. They are a great simple, elegant black heel. As far as the comfort they make a big claim, but I don't feel it was delivered. They're not uncomfortable, but they're not super comfortable either, and you do have to be careful about the open toe. Mine fits okay, but I have small toes! I would buy again because I think they're really pretty and they don't hurt any worse than my other nice heels!

I had to return these shoes and I was so sad that I had to ship them back. I am looking for a polished dressy shoe to wear to parties, weddings, etc. and I have had my eye on this pair for a while. I am hesitant to spend this much on a pair of shoes! I got these the other day and the second I put them on, they hurt my foot. I got my true size and I don't have a wide foot. This shoe pinched my toes and I didn't want to take the chance of breaking them in. Usually I will wear a pair of shoes with thick gym socks to break them in. I didn't want to risk it with these babies. This is a gorgeous shoe and it is timeless. I wish it would have worked out for me!

When I saw these pumps came in Wide, I thought I had died and gone to Heaven. Unfortunately, it was too good to be true. True, I got my foot into them (unlike regular Cole Haans), but they were still too tight for comfort. I am a very true 8W (was actually a fit model for another shoe company) but even the 8 1/2 was too small. I considered going to a 9 but I am still not sure the toe area would have been comfortable. So sad...
