Love these shoes! Perfect, basic pumps for work and play. The heel height of the Violet is high enough to be dressy with cocktail attire, but still so comfortable and easy to walk in with the Air technology. I'm buying every color! Cole Haans run true to size, and are great for narrow heels that pop out of other shoes.

Beautiful shoes, unfortunately, it cut into my toes, even though I ordered wide. I had to return them. Cole Haan shoes as I learned tend to run narrow.

Great pumps. Comfortable (for such a high heel), and great looking. I would buy a second pair in plain black leather if I could find my size. I normally wear an 8.5 wide, and the 8.5 wide for this style is true to size.

I was super excited about these shoes with the wide width available and the Nike Air soles, but I found them no more comfortable than less-expensive brands. I normally wear size 7.5-8, I ordered 8 wide which were too big, had to exchange for 7.5 wide instead. I was hoping they would get more comfortable as I broke them in, but no dice. Overall, I'm bummed because these are beautiful shoes, but they are now in the category of "only wear on occasions where I will be sitting 90% of the time." Still love Zappos, though. Service is the bomb.

Ordered them, and Stuart Weitzman's Madison shoe. This one will go back. The heel doesn't look as 'current' (has a weird curvy shape) and the shoe isn't as comfortable as the SW (even though it's a lower heel). Also the color is very pale and doesn't look good against my skin.

I have high expectations for any shoe I wear, and I'm looking for a comfortable shoe for my wedding day. I purchased this beautiful shoe hoping that the high price would buy me the comfort I need. Not the case. I was not at all impressed. There's not much arch support and they don't feel that much better than cheaper shoes. Definitely not worth the price for me, even if they are beautiful.

I love Cole Haan Air shoes, in general. I loved the look and color of the shoe. The fit was horrible. I ordered my usual size. When they did not fit, I placed another order for a smaller size. The size down also did not fit. The fit was tight in the toes, yet my heel kept slipping out. I have had major problems with Cole Haan's sizing lately, and, am afraid they are no longer my top pick for work shoes. Very disappointing.

The nougat is the perfect neutral color for fair-skinned ladies like me. Beautiful, classy shoes. Wonderful padding in the footbed. Seems true to size like most Cole Haans.

India ink is a surprisingly good color for this shoe. It was too short in the toe, however, and had to go back. Thank goodness for Zappos service.

Do not waste your money. Test drove these inside for days and then wore them at work and could hardly get from car to office. Painful to walk and keep up a good pace.

Great looking shoe! However, I wore them twice thinking the second time would feel more comfortable - not! The front part of the shoe is slightly narrow which really hurt my feet, especially my poor toes which were all red and about to blister.

I love these shoes! Very comfortable and easy to walk in for long periods of time. I have always had such a hard time finding heels that are comfortable with my high arches, but these are perfect! Will definitely be buying other colors.
