I recently purchased this shoe, and I really love it. It fits great - snug enough that I don't worry about it falling off when I wear tights, but not too tight. They also look really good; feminine, but work appropriate. And of course, they're comfortable, you'd have no problem wearing them all day. A great black pump - I'd recommend it.

This style is so comfortable! I got these first in the leopard print pony hair style and they were so comfortable, I ordered them in the black suede and the grey suede too. Wore them out one evening and walked all over my neighborhood. Suggestion: get the Petals Heavenly Heels (the ones that stick onto the back heel part of shoe). They are amazing. No more painful back of the heel blisters!

Love these shoes. Only complaint is that the lining has been tearing after only less than a week of wearing. I exchanged for a new pair, but it's happening again. But these shoes are so comfortable and perfect for the office so I'd rather keep and get repaired. I'll probably order in another color.

Best work shoe I have ever owned -- period. These are comfortable and stylish all at the same time. I have very sensitive feet (had 2 foot surgeries) and cannot be in heels for extended periods of time, but with these shoes I can wear them all day with no problem. The heel is a good height to still be comfortable, but not look frumpy. The suede is stunning, but not good for rain. I hope they make this shoe in patent leather because I will definitely get another pair.

I have 2 other pairs of Cole Haan Nike air shoes and love them. I really love the Carma OT pumps. I was excited about these but they really hurt after about 15 minutes - the way a non Nike air pump would. I don't feel any Nike cushioning on the balls of my feet, hard as a rock. The Carma's on the other hand have a soft ball of the foot and put a spring in your step all day long!

These are very comfortable, easy to walk in on carpet and tile. I had orthoscopic surgery on my knee, and plantar fasciitis in my foot, and I can wear these heels all day if I stay on carpet and tile. I am careful of my injuries, so I change into flats when I go outside. Also, because the heels are narrow they tend to get caught in cracks. The soles are cushy, and supportive while standing and walking. I wear a size 8 and these shoes were true to size. These are my first high heels after my injuries and I have not had any swelling in my knees or feet after wearing these shoes. I received many compliments on my shoes at work. I recommend them for novice, and especially experienced high heel wearers.

These are the most comfortable, stylish, and versatile heels I have ever worn! I wore them from 8am to 9pm (that's commuting, work, school in the evening, and the supermarket) and only felt slight discomfort in the last half hour or so. The rubber on the bottom is such a great touch; I'm always concerned about slipping when I wear high heels. I tried to get another pair, but 7.5 is always the first size that sells out. Anywho, get these if you can.

I don't often wear high heels, and these pumps are the highest I've ever had. Consequently, I have had to practice walking in them. I didn't feel the celebrated Air Nike technology in the toe-box and had to supplement with inserts. These shoes look gorgeous - and I can walk easily enough in them - as long as I think about each step. I salute the ladies who can wear these shoes all day at the office! I am writing this review mainly to laud the customer service at Zappos. I ordered a size 9 because I have wide feet, and found I had to go down to size 8½. The customer service representative I talked to on the phone sent out a replacement pair of shoes the next day before I'd even returned the originals to UPS. She was gracious and helpful, and increased my confidence in ordering from Zappos.

Goergous shoe, just runs a bit small. Note that this toe is rounded, and believe it or not, there's not as much room as almond or pointy toe styles. With Cole Haan, I run up to 1/2 size larger, so I am exchanging these and getting a 10 instead of a 9 1/2, but these shoes are definitely a classic. Goes great with everything from slacks, to skirts, to jeans. And the rubber bottom makes them fantastic, as does the Nike technology. I would consider going 1/2 size larger, though.

Really love the look of this shoe. The insole has a nice cushion to make the foot feel good. The non-skid strips on the bottom of the shoe...nice. I have worn Cole Haan for years and depending on the shoe will need to go up half a size. These seemed to be true. I did go to the Cole Haan store to check them out ahead of time. Didn't have brown in stock but was able to try the shoe on.

I'm really torn about this shoe. It is beautiful, and looks great on. But it required a lot of breaking in. I wore them around the house a few times and the first time I ventured out in them, I was without stockings. I thought the tips of my big toes were going to fall off, they were crunched. While driving, I could no longer feel them. I wore them to work with stockings and my toes were fine, but my foot popped out occasionally. I could feel the "Nike Air" technology in the heel, but not anywhere else. I have very small feet and these are steep heels, so my foot is at a sharp angle, so that may be why I have the problems I do. I'm not giving up! The rubber soles are great, and it's such a versatile shoe.

Was smaller than expected. Toes felt scrunched. It is a pretty shoe, but I wanted the upper to cover more of my foot and be more comfortable so am exchanging for another style.

I got these shoes today and they are fabulous. Now, I normally wear 9.5 in Nine West and general shoes plus I also have relatively wide feet, so after the reviews, I decided to get a 10. They fit, though not perfectly; however, it's not that something a little heel grip/petal couldn't fix. They look fabulous and I love them. Feels like they are really good material and especially love the sole. I feel that if I had gone with 9.5 it might be a little small but 10 is a wee large... though I really think they are higher than 3.5 inches. I have 3.5 inches heels and these feel like a much steeper angle on on my foot - don't know why. I will try to wear them tomorrow and see how it goes, wont return them (as I live in Australia) but this dark chocolate color is much nicer in person than in photo, in fact it's a lighter brown color than in picture, but still dark brown. Definitely a great looking work shoe!
