I am totally in love with this shoe! It's really comfortable, the heel height is perfect, and it's ridiculously cute. I have a very narrow heel, so I had to add padding, but the narrow really works well overall.

These are the perfect style of open toed ballet pump. I have the close tied version as well. The latter fits perfectly, while the open toed version is a bit tight in the heel, probably due to elastic that isn't used in the close toed version. I suggest trying a half size up to avoid chafing.

At first these shoes felt like slippers, but as the day went on, the elastic in the back was rubbin my heel. I'm hoping that this will loosen and the next time I wear them will be better.

These stretch out half a size. I am normally an 11, but I had to size down to a 10½, and they stretched out. I wish that I had purchased a 10.

These shoes are adorable and I am a huge fan of this brand! However, I would have expected Cole Haan to have done more product testing on this pair. Please notice that it is elastic around the sides. This sort of a take on the Tory Burch flats, but these are a miss. Please look at the side image and note that there is 1" difference between where the heel goes and where the top hits the back of your ankle. I hope I am saving you time and Zappos some shipping charges.

I loved these shoes right out the box. I wore them for 12 hours; no blisters, very happy feet. They are soft and comfy. True to size. I want another pair in the brownish color. I highly recommend. As always, Zappos was super-fast! Thank you Zappos!

These shoes are super cute; however, the foot bed liner started lifting down at the ball of my foot making them uncomfortable. This is unfortunate because I LOVE them. Perhaps they were defective, but I'm going to look for another pair that's similar.

I bought these as an alternative to dressy high heeled wedges. Somedays a girl just needs a break from heels - these will be for those days! I'm in between a 4.5-5 either the elastic on the sides these fit perfectly! If you are looking for any easy comfortable "heel" these should be in your closet. I also ordered the beige and another color those didn't work for me becuz of the lack of elastic on the sides, they ended up being too big.

Wanted a pair of Cole Haan shoes since college. My first pair was a little disappointing, but thought I'd give it another shot. While much more stylish than traditional nude flats (great for work) after wear number 2 (during a work trip) they turned by feet orange! The lining was apparently never tested for crocking. Paying a lot for a pair of shoes that I cannot wear, don't know what to do, take it up with Cole Haan?

Love the look of these shoes. My only complaint would be they give me blisters. If you don't mind investing in blister bandaids for comfort's sake, then these are for you!

This wedges are so cute and so adorable! I love the color and the insoles. Very comfortable too as the material conforms to your feet. Heel height suitable makes it suitable for walking, in sole cushions your feet and the out sole has great traction.

The shoe seemed to be about a half size too small which allowed my toes to be too close to the end of the shoe. It is a very comfortable shoe.

I have the Nougat and the color is beautiful. I love these open toe wedges, they can be dressed up for the office as well as dressed down for a nice weekend. They are pretty and also very comfortable. The back elastic rubbed a little when I first wore them, but they should get better. Some reviews said that the shoe stretches out, making them unwearable - but so far they have retained their shape for me. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
