I just received this boot. It is a nice looking boot that is waterproof and should be very warm with the real shearling lining. It has a good arch support and feels like I may be able to wear it without an orthotic insert. Walking around the house, it seems quite comfortable, but I haven't had a chance to try it outdoors in winter weather yet. I wear a size 11.5 Medium and the fit is right on. The first thing I noticed is the boot does not look big and bulky like some winter boots, however it feels plenty big inside. I plan to wear a medium weight sock with it this winter. I might not have bought this boot due to the high price, but Zappos had it marked down on sale, so I decided to order it and see what I thought. So far, I am happy with the purchase.

Very comfortable boot, the inside feels like a slipper when you wear them without socks. Not that I would wear them without socks, but I tried at home and it was great.
