Shoe Arch: No arch support Shoe Width: Felt true to widthI love this sport shoe. I agree that you should order 1/2 size up on these. I did that based on the reviews I read. They are extremely comfortable. I wear them with my jeans and warm-up suits. I really want them in another color for spring! Enjoy.

Fantastic sneakers. I have a narrow foot so these are a great fit. If you have a wide foot I dont think that these would work for you. Great with jeans or sweats and are so attractive can wear them with casual clothes and still look fashionable. As usual Zappos rocks, been ordering since Zappos launched! Best customer service ever!

Based on other reviewers' recommendations I ordered 1/2 size larger that what I usually wear. The size 8 gives me plenty of room in the width which was my concern. My usual 7 1/2 may have been too snug in this shoe. Because they lace up I don't feel that they slip on the heel. Ordered the red suede/lacquer. The lacquered look is a bit over the top (especially in bright red) for me so I may exchange them for an all suede color. These shoes are fun for a change. I'd recommend them.

I returned because they were too wide in the back; the front fit okay, but the overall fit was off.

But I should have listened to another reviewer and got half a size bigger. The "toe box" is narrow, but I thought they might stretch (since the material is soft), but after about 3 weeks they are still tight around the toes. I have other Cole Haan shoes and didn't experience this problem, so it might just be this style. Since I have worn them I can't return them, so I just wear a thinner sock and they fit okay, not perfect, still too snug, but okay. I would order them again, just 1/2 size up.

Love these shoes and I am wearing them now. I have them in two colors and am thinking about a third. I find for myself I half-size up with Cole Haan. It improves the comfortable factor x100.

I bought these shoes after seeing them featured on the Oprah Show (the show about "must" shoes and handbags). They are beautiful shoes, but are too narrow for my feet. I usually wear a 9, but in these shoes, I should have bought a 9.5. Even in a larger size, I think they still might be too narrow for my feet (which tend to be a little wider than most). Zappos was awesome in getting them here in a flash, such wonderful costumer service, and I will be buying more shoes from Zappos in the future!

While the shoes were very attractive, the fit did not work so well for me. The toes are more pointed than I realized from the picture, kind of reminded me of a golf or bowling shoe. Other than the cramped toes, I think they would have been comfortable. For the money, it is probably better just to go for a regular sneaker.

Bought these in red and immediately ordered a beige pair. Super comfy with great arch support, and a style reminiscent of my geeky seventh-grade favorites. Waiting now for a pair in purple.
