The style is very nice, however the sizing is off. I normally wear a 6.5-7.0 and ordered a 7.5 because I have noticed that Cole Haan's sizing is different from type to another (Air vs Collection or Dress Boot). It was too small for me in the 7.5 and the strap and buckle would barely meet. Had to return them, sadly.

I liked this shoe but I have to use the last hole in the strap and that pulls the other straps out of alignment. Too bad. Thanks Zappos for such great service. I keep coming back.

Extremely comfortable. I bought these for a trip to Italy where I knew there would be a lot of walking. Haven't gone yet but these will be great for that trip.

Very comfortable. I really do like this sandal, and my narrow feet are very hard to fit. I would recommend it. The only thing I would like is if the inside sole was a suede and not red. I'm hoping the red dye does not come off on my foot.

I love these sandals! I bought them to wear during my vacation at Disney World, where we were on our feet 12+ hours per day. They were very comfortable and kept my feet from hurting! The straps are made from soft, supple leather, so blisters are not as issue. I was glad I got the wide width, though, even though I normally do not wear wide width shoes. Apparently these run very narrow.

Very comfortable. Causal, yet professional enough to wear to work! Seems like they will take very little breaking in. I purchased a 1/2 size bigger based on the reviews and they fit perfectly. The buckle loop seems a little on the cheap side though.

This shoe looks better on the foot than I expected, being more stylish and sporty. It has a very comfortable insole that will be perfect for long days touring Italy. My only complaint is it makes tiny squeaks when walking; the sound of my foot on the leather. Maybe as I wear them in, they'll stop that. Otherwise, perfect for a comfortable, stylish walking shoe-and the color goes with everything! I wear a 9 N and got the 9 1/2N - it fits great!

Just got these so I haven't worn them properly yet, but trying them on they feel very soft and very well made. I have a narrow foot and they fit well, so if your foot is normal or wide they may be a bit too snug. As for looks they are cute, but not awesome. I'm getting them for comfort/work though so can't be too picky I guess!

The fitting and sizing is really off on this shoe. Really liked it on the website, ordered the size I usually wear and it was way too small. Tried moving a half size up, and although the length was okay, the width was incredibly narrow. Returned it. Am now too bummed to try and order a third size/width combo to see if that will fit.

Zappos' excellent service is well known, but I still feel so sorry that I had to return and exchange three times! This style of Cole Haan is so off on size and width. I am a true size 6 with regular width, but finally a size 7 got it right. But now the ankle strap becomes a bit loose (tighten too much would slightly twist the entire alignment). It is a very elegant style that elongates legs and I cannot feel much of its weight in spite of the heavy wedge look. Black color can go with anything.

I ordered a size up based on the reviews. They are too big, I initially thought they would be okay, but after wearing them just a of times, they feel big, comfortable, but big. My recommendation would be stay true to size and if you are a medium B width, I would suggest a narrow width.

Just got them and they are gorgeous and comfortable. Can run a mile after my daughter in them! True to size even with my high arch. Very pretty yet comfy.

If you need arch and heel support, I found this to be a great shoe! It is very comfortable, the strap leather is nice and soft. I wear a 6.5 but got a 7 since if your foot slides forward, your toes won't be hanging off the front edge. Since I can't wear high heels, this is a nice summer shoe for the occasion. I bought both the black and the brown pair and love them!
