Update: This is an updated review of this shoe. I have now owned this shoe for close to a year, and have worn it extensively. While a bit stiff at first, after breaking in it has been the most comfortable and versatile shoe I have probably ever owned (and I own a lot of shoes). I just spent 2 weeks in London, Paris and Provence and wanted to minimize the amount of clothing I took. Since this was a vacation I took these shoes, a pair of Cole Haan sandals, and not a single pair of socks. While in Paris and London, I easily walked 5 - 7 miles daily, and not a single problem (something my wife could not say about the trainers she wore during the day). The great thing about this shoe is that I wore it with jeans during the day in London, dressier pants at night, and shorts during the day in Paris. Not many shoes are this versatile and comfortable. In addition, the shoes have worn exceptionally well, better than I thought given the soles. While I bought an additional 2 pairs after deciding I like these, both of my back up pairs are still in the boxes. Since my purchase, I have attempted to purchase some newer shoes with a slightly different look; my latest purchase being a pair of nearly $400 TOD'S and while I have always loved this brand and find them comfortable and stylish, neither the TOD'S or any of the other shoes are as comfortable (and most were significantly more expensive). In summary, I cannot recommend these shoes enough. And if you don't try them, I have no doubt you will be sorry when they are gone (I will not since I have 2 spare pairs).

These Cole Haans look good, feel good... but seriously lack any durability. If you nick the top of the leather, these shoes will just peel apart and become trash... shame they don’t last long for this much money because they are nice while they do last.

I own several Cole Haan shoes, and I've never had a sizing issue with them before, but the Air Owen Venetian runs narrower than normal; they fit well at first, but after a couple of hours, they become uncomfortable. Otherwise, they look great, and the construction and quality seems to be very good.

Very nice shoes!
I love these shoes. I have big feet - I'm a 12EE - and was concerned that they will feel tight. They do feel a little snug for a couple of days, but after breaking them in, they are very comfortable. So I ordered three more pairs. They look great with khakis and jeans.

Air Owen Venetian is awesome!
I was reluctant to buy this shoe b/c there are so many other shoes out there that are similar to this shoe but for half the price. However, when wore my Air Owens, I was extremely surprised how comfortable and good looking they were. This shoe feels like a pair of Air Jordans on your feet. On top of that, Zappos mailed me this shoe next day even though I chose 3-5 day shipping. Zappos rocks!

Fits true to size. Very comfortable. Only issue is walking a lot in NYC and my concern with the soles which have a lot of exposed leather which can get beat up. Great shoe for casual as well as business casual. Also transitions well between socks (fall/winter) and no socks (spring/summer). You can really feel the Nike Air soles.

Wow...Really comfortable -
One of the most comfortable shoes I own. I really like the Cole Haan line of driving and casual shoes. This is one of those in-between shoes that you can either dress up or down. Highly recommended.

I love this shoe...
My first pair of Air Owen's were Milkshake Suede - an extremely good looking shoe that looks great with shorts and jeans. I liked that pair so much that I got a pair of Brown Suede (great with jeans and khakis)... as well as a pair each of Black and Tan... and a back-up pair of Milkshake Suede (on sale). May seem a bit obsessive and extravagant, but when I find a shoe that fits as well and is as comfortable I feel like I should seize the opportunity. They're so comfortable; it’s hard never to wear them on consecutive days.
Other Brands Recommended by Reviewer: Styles by Cole Haan and To Boot New York (Adam Derrick) are my current favorites

Great shoe but a bit stiff at first -
At first I regretted buying these shoes as they were not nearly as comfortable as the other driving style Cole Haan shoes I own (especially when wearing without socks). However, I kept wearing them to break them and now love them - I have bought 3 pairs so I have new pairs when my current ones wear out. I would highly recommend this shoe - comfortable and good looking (especially great to wear in the summer with shorts).

A truly comfortable shoe -
My brother directed me to the Air Owen Venetian, claiming it was probably the most comfortable shoe he has ever worn. I trust his judgment and immediately took recommendation. I purchased the Milkshake Suede - they are as comfortable as he and many other reviews say and look great with jeans, khakis and cargo shorts. Now, I'm just waiting for Zappos to restock so I can get a pair in tan or black... or maybe both. The Zappos experience was equally satisfying - extremely fast.

The Most Comfortable Shoe Ever!!!
Super-comfy. I can wear them all day and don't even take them off when I get home from work. You wear them casual or dressy. A great shoe. Worth every penny.

A Little Pricey......Worth Every Cent!
Excellent Shoe for dress up or dress down. Doubt you will find a more comfortable shoe. The leather is as smooth as butter. From your first step in these shoes you know that it was a great investment. Do yourself a favor and buy the tan also. You'll thank me later. Good shoe!
It’s a great, comfortable shoe. However, I would say that unlike most other Cole Haan shoes, these feel at least a size larger than marked - not in width but in length.

Comfortable shoe for wide feet -
My husband has very wide feet and therefore is difficult to shop for. I bought these on a whim to replace some other casual shoes. They look great and he says they are comfortable. They have a very wide toe box, which helps with the fit.
