I had the Cole Haan Santa Barbara shoes before the Venetian's. These are a bit more sleek and not as clunky as the Santa Barbara's. As with all Cole Haan, the Nike Air ensures comfort. I have a wide foot, so wish they made a EE or EEE, but these shoes do stretch and mold to your foot. Very comfortable and highly recommended as with all Cole Haan's.

Very nice shoe but very narrow especially at the toes. Tried explaining to the Zappos girl that I did try them a handful of times outside the house (since they are nice shoes not tennis shoes) but they wouldn't exchange them now. Not their policy. FYI. Do not get them if you have narrow wider feet. They slip off at back too.

I don't have a narrow foot by any stretch of the imagination and this shoe is too narrow. It is really tight and uncomfortable to walk in. In addition, this shoe caused me achilles soreness and discomfort. I never had achilles problems before, until this shoe aggravated my achilles and I'm now trying to nurse it back to normal. I put up with this show and wore it for 2 months, thinking it would eventually break-in, but it didn't. Really uncomfortable from day one.

Any of the Cole Haan Airs that I have tried have been super comfortable. Styling is traditional without being too boring. These are great for traveling - on and off for security, yet still comfortable and supportive. Highly recommended.
Brands I'd also recommend: Rockport

About Cole Haan
Born more than a century ago at the intersection of form and function, Cole Haan has been innovating ever since founder Trafton Cole started making resoleable shoes during the depression. After being bought by Nike in 1988, Cole Haan began introducing footwear with built-in air chambers, utilizing Nike's cutting edge technology to make everything from women's heels to wingtips more comfortable than they'd ever been. Today, the NYC-based brand takes its inspiration from the streets of New York City, offering a range of classic staples with their signature twist—from outerwear and handbags to heels and weekenders—that can stand up to the rigors of the city and still look good.
