Though the shoes look good, it has taken months to even barely break them in. They continue to hurt the back of my ankle. They feel heavy with a very thick sole.

Not quite as comfortable as Ecco's, but this was one of the better shoes Cole Haan (Nike) has made in recent years. These are actually my second pair. I bought the first about 4 years ago and they lasted 3 years. A good run on a style that has stood the test of time. Best of all, this pair cost me quite a bit less than the first ones that I bought at Macy's.

I've been wearing Cole Haan shoes for years and this is the first time they let me down. Though these are very comfortable and stylish, they fall apart very quickly and easily (after only 1 month). The soft leather is prone to tearing, making them appear sloppy. I've taken them to be repaired, but no matter what they continue to rip at the toes. Avoid these soft leather shoes at all costs and get a different, more durable pair of Cole Haans.

These are great shoes. They are very comfortable and look great. My only complaint is the sole detiorated in one year and due to design, sole replacement is expensive.

These shoes look good, but they are very pointy in the front. If you're foot is this shape, then buy these shoes. If you have normally shaped feet, then these will squeeze your toes. I felt that my big toe and pinky toe would wear a hole in these very quickly.

It was only recently that I learned about Zappos from a friend and had never visited the site. Before Christmas my son included on his wish list a pair of black dress shoes. He was a little anxious about me selecting correct style/fit so I thought I would give Zapppos a try due to their acclaimed easy return/exchange policy. The order was completed and received (as well as a necessary exchange made) with the greatest of ease, hassle free interaction, friendly communication and excellent service which was far above and beyond anything I would ever expect. I love Zappos, and have used it three times now. I recommended them to all my family and friends and will remain a loyal customer! Oh, and my son is very pleased!

Good looking, and lightweight, nicely constructed shoe. I'm a consistent 14D in most shoes, but always a 15D in Cole Haan Air shoes, and at 15D I felt that the shoes were too narrow for my initial comfort. I can tell if a shoe will get better, this one would have been too uncomfortable given the width - I needed to order a wide, which is not available in my size. Otherwise, it seemed like it would have been a very comfortable pair of shoes given the Cole Haan Air brand, I will reorder them in 15W if I can find them. These would have been perfect for the office with khakis or dress pants.

These shoes looked much nicer online than in person. They were actually quite plain. I buy Cole Haan because of quality of craftsmanship, and unique styling. These may as well have been Florsheim. In Cole Haan I wear 9.5 or 10. For this style, 9.5 was even a half size too big.

Nice looking shoe with average comfort. Size seems to run slightly smaller than other Cole Haan shoes I have (brand is typically much bigger than other shoes in my experience).

I bought these for my husband because he's had two other pairs of Cole Haans...but this is the first pair that has the Nike technology in it. But he couldn't tell a difference from his other Cole Haan's. Overall a nice shoe - but not sure if it met his expectations with the Nike technology.

I had purchased a pair of Cole-Haan shoes from Zappos with Nike Air-Technology that had a flat. Zappos' customer service went above and beyond to make a replacement, and I ordered a different product - the Air Jackson 2 Gore.
