Purchased these based on reviews, the look and Cole Haan experience. Got the black. Be advised, they are not a tumbled or semi-type gloss, they are quite shiny. Felt a bit snug when I tried them on, but basically ran true to size. Wore to the office the first day, and found them to be quite comfortable. You can feel the Air Nike technology at work. Puts a bit of spring in your step. I would definitely wear these with dress trousers and a sports coat, perhaps even a suit. A nice shoe. As always, Zappos service is great.

I bought these shoes for my husband. They looked very nice and he loved how comfortable they were, but within a month or so, the leather started peeling off the toe section. Very disappointing in a shoe at this price point.

These shoes are very squeaky, I cant walk on anything but carpet and not have a terrible loud noises come from my feet. If I knew how bad they squeaked, I would not have bought them.

I normally wear a 10 and when I tried them on they were a big loose, the 9.5 was form fitting which I was I wanted so they wouldn't fall off my heel after they break in...Good looking shoe and the leather is typical Cole Haan soft. Happy with the purchase and will look nice in jeans or Khakis, although the heel is too casual for dress pants.

Owned a pair from Norstrom that lasted me a good 5 year as my sole work shoes. Extremely comfortable and durable. Love it so much that when the stitching finally broke when someone stepped on my shoe, I ordered a replacement pair. The pair that came was made in India and sadly the quality and workmanship was much lower. I will return them. :(

Bought these shoes b/c they had great reviews. I wear size 10 in Cole Haan but this pair felt like it ran large my heel was about to come out when walking. Needed a size 9.5 and Zappos was out of the size so I had to return. Would have kept them in another size. As always, Zappos customer service was great.
