These shoes are great, my only beef is that the laces are kind of short in my opinion, but that seems to be the case with a lot of dress shoes. These are extremely comfortable and great to spend the day in.

Great shoe! I wore this for the first time to a black tie event and was concerned that I would come home to sore feet and blisters. The air soles provided nice cushioning without being too soft. Great quality workmanship and true to size fit. Highly recommend these for a nice pair of dress shoes.

These shoes are the most comfortable dress shoes I\'ve ever had. The arch support is fantastic. I\'ve worn these for hours and never had arch or heel pain. They have a great shine to them and are very similar to several Italian shoes I have.

These are excellent shoes -- well made and long lasting. This is the third pair I've bought over the years. They're a little stiff in the first couple of weeks, but that's because the leather is substantial and the construction is solid. It's worth the break-in time. As time goes by, the shoe will adapt to your foot. The shoe fits true to size.

My Cole Haan Air Carter's arrived before the scheduled delivery in perfect condition. This is the second pair I've ordered from Zappos...same excellent service. Perfect fit as well. I'll only buy my shoes from Zappos from this point on!

Nice, stylish shoe. Fit extremely well but the first pair I ordered during I noticed a small bubble that started to form on the left toe cap. The bubble was about the size of a penny then began to enlarge. Soon after I noticed the same began to occur on the right foot. I returned the pair thinking it was just a defective pair but then noticed the same thing began to occur on the second pair. I wouldn't recommend this shoe.

These shoes are great. They feel a little small at first, but after a couple of wears they are very comfortable. Like walking on a cloud.

Didn't buy these at Zappos but I had to give a shout out to these shoes. Stunningly beautiful in person. Stylish all around from top to bottom. Add some additional leather polish and it literally sparkles. I wore these babies to an interview once and when I finished up, the guy interviewing me actually asked what kind of shoe I was wearing before I left. I'd like to think Cole Haan contributed to me getting hired because I got a call from the same interviewer the next day asking me to come get started at my new job. If you can afford it, buy these shoes.

I love these shoes! Combining the comfort of Nike air in the heel with the comfort of a leather sole these classy shoes are great for long meetings. They come shiny and are easy to maintain with proper care. Always use shoe trees and brush off you shoes when you take them off.

Very nice, classy dress shoe but it's a bit wide in the heel. Very polished. Has Nike comfort system. Got the usual Zappos VIP treatment with shipping.

These are very classy shoes. The shine on them makes them look like you just stepped away from a shoeshine parlor, not like they are patent leather like the picture makes them look. I have the mahogany color and am considering getting the black as well.
