Born more than a century ago at the intersection of form and function, Cole Haan has been innovating ever since founder Trafton Cole started making resoleable shoes during the depression. After being bought by Nike in 1988, Cole Haan began introducing footwear with built-in air chambers, utilizing Nike's cutting edge technology to make everything from women's heels to wingtips more comfortable than they'd ever been. Today, the NYC-based brand takes its inspiration from the streets of New York City, offering a range of classic staples with their signature twist—from outerwear and handbags to heels and weekenders—that can stand up to the rigors of the city and still look good.

I have these shoes in almost every color that they come in. I bought half of them from the outlet and the other half from either Zappos or the Cole Haan retail store. They are the most comfortable flat on the planet. These particular shoes are comfortable right out of the box. When I wear a boring skirt/blouse combination, the glitter on the shoes are the perfect "pop" to bring my sparkle quota to an acceptable level! Or if glitter is inappropriate the solid colors pair perfectly with other solids in my wardrobe, and the patent leather pairs add enough shine that I feel comfortable in most business casual environments. Other Cole Haan flats that I have purchased in the past have been especially stiff in the back region at at my heel, tearing it up at times and requiring bandaids. Such is not the case with this design, as every pair of these flats was perfect from the second I took them out of the dust bags. In summation, I absolutely adore these shoes. I have bought a pair from one store or another every paycheck since I discovered them. The Nike sole is especially wonderful considering I can spend 13 to 14 hours on my feet a day without a break at all. I am extremely happy with these shoes.

I love Cole Haan shoes, but this shoe really disappointed me. The shoe was very uncomfortable for a ballet flat. Even though I\'ve worn these shoes in by now, I struggle to keep them on all day. I bought the black shoe and found that the patent leather scratches very easily, and when it does, the scratches are blue, just like the bottom of the shoe. I guess there is a blue material underneath the leather. I have worn these shoes maybe 5 times and will have to stop wearing them soon due to these strange blue scratches.

Super cute shoe, but I must be between sizes. I normally wear a size 10. After seeing other reviews, I ordered a 10.5, but it was huge. I exchanged it for the 10 and it's too short! Bummer.

I ordered a 9 (normally wear 8.5) based on other reviews. When I received them they were way too big. I would have returned them anyway, when you put the shoe on and walk around, the shoes make noise like you're walking around in plastic shoes, and that's what it felt like as well. The outside seem very nice construction, good leather, quality made. The interior of this shoe ruined it for me.

LOVE this shoe! I am very hard to fit because of a bunion and wide feet, but this shoe does it stylishly and comfortably. I will probably buy it in other colors now that I know how comfortable it is.
I'd also recommend: Can't recommend other brands that would be comparable.

Super comfy! I wear these almost every day. Great if you need a wider toe box and the cushion is perfect. Worth every penny I spent. Also bought the bronze ones. The heel is a bit narrower due to lace ups but keeps heel stable and avoids blisters.

Love the style and materials, but this shoe ran short and wide on me so had to return them.
