This is my first pair of Cobian flip flops and I am in love! They have a very soft foot bed and the color is great. Very neutral and goes with everything. I usually wear Reefs or Sanuks and Cobians are my new favorite...bought two more pair for the summer! As usual, Zappos customer service is the best. Had a problem with a different pair I ordered and they sent out a replacement that arrived the next day.

I really like these flip flops; they're cute and comfy. There is a slight arch "bump." I bought them somewhere else and paid more. Wish I'd looked at Zappos!

If there had been an option for "Felt two full sizes smaller," I'd have selected it. The size 9 I had ordered (to be sure my size 8-1/2 feet would be happy) was not even close to a 9. In fact, the shoes fit a friend who wears a size 7 and she ended up buying them from me, saving me the hassle of returning them. Given the sizing satisfaction shown in other reviews, perhaps the pair I received had simply been mis-marked at the factory (the shoe itself was not size-marked anywhere; the size was only listed on a hang-tag and on a sticker attached to the side of one sole). But because of this experience, I won't order any Cobians in future.
