Looks good in the picture but in person, not so much. Not very stylish and seems to run big. They "look" like a comfortable shoe - no fashion. So glad I didn't pay to return them.

I love this shoe. I've always had a problem with my wide feet and the weight from standing for long periods of time in heels. I've tried adding cushioned inserts but my feet would just slide and the balls of my feet would still hurt in heels. I'm in sales and I'm on my feet for several hours so I usually wear flats but I want to wear heels because I'm short. I wear these shoes and I forget that I've been standing for so long and that I'm wearing heels. I don't even feel the need to sit. I can't believe it even my co-workers can't believe that I'm fine standing for so long in heels! These shoes are so comfortable it's amazing. And the black suede look professional with my pantsuits. I am definitely buying more shoes from this line.

I ordered this shoe because it can be adjusted for width needed and it works! I had tried it on at a local store but found it at Zappos at a better price. True to size.

This shoe is so comfortable that is almost like wearing a slipper. The very soft leather and light-weight, but firm, construction make it feel as if walking on air. It hugs my foot and does not flop like some mules tend to do. In fact, I liked this shoe so much that I bought it in two colors and may return for a third color!

Great shoes. Very, very comfortable. Solid heel. Trendy looking with jeans. Love the olive green color. I have slightly wide feet and was worried these would be too narrow, but they stretched to fit perfectly.

Very cute and comfortable. I wear a size 12 and this sandal fits true to size with good arch support. This style ruffle sandal will be easy to dress up or down. A definite keeper!

I needed a flat to where with hose and am between sizes. Zappo suggested the Clarks in a narrow. They're quite comfortable, though the heel is still a little wider than I would like, but generally a great shoe for casual wear.

I have always loved Clarks - until I received these boots. Cute style, but not as high-quality in person as it looks online. The leather feels fragile, like it will scratch the first time it is bumped. The leather also looks low-quality and is very thin considering the price. It is not smooth like the picture shows but is textured and wrinkly (like the el-cheapo leather used in those low-quality patch-purses from the '80s). However, that is not the only reason why I am returning these boots. The foot length of these boots was a full inch and a half shorter than the brown pair of the same size, same width, same Clarks brand, same style line, that I bought two months ago. If they were true-to-size, they might be comfortable, but chopping my toes off to fit isn't really an option so I rate them one star for comfort. Ridiculous.

Absolutely love this shoe. It is very stylish, very comfortable and well made. Most reviewers said this one fit normal but I found the backs stuck out from my heels and I had to go down a half size from my usual.

I'm a first time buyer of Clarks product and first time customer of Zappos. Let me start of of by saying Zappos service is great, ordered my boots one day, the next day were at my doorstep. My Clarks boots are outstanding. The style, the color, and best of all, the comfort. These boots are very well made. Best boots I have ever had and I've had many. Will definitely buy Clarks products again!

These are so comfortable! They are cute with a dress and tights or go great with pants and jeans. A staple for comfortable work days! Fit true to size.

The black suede Desert Boot is my first pair of Clarks. The shoe feels solid with the fit and finish also being of high quality. The style is awesome and these things look phenomenal with a pair of jeans. They do take awhile to break in and can be torture on your feet until then. Like mentioned in numerous other reviews, play it safe and order at least a half size down. I had to drop one full size, but thanks to Zappos fantastic service I received the new pair a day later. Can't go wrong with these boots.

A lot of reviews said these weren't true to size. I followed that advice and went through 3 pairs before finding the right fit, which is my normal size. Otherwise love the shoe, super comfy and super cute!

Love these flip flops. I loved the ones I got last year, buy now I really love this new style with the adjusting sides. It will make them wearable longer!

Got the wrong color first, my fault. Zappos sent the other to me for free within days and I sent the wrong color back for free...great boot - couldn't ask for better.

I've been looking for a low heeled walking shoe - just enough height to be stylish and give a nicer line to a flared jean leg, yet be comfortable enough to walk in all day. These shoes fit the bill! They're soft, comfy, and bendable with a beautifully finished leather that gives a dressy fit and finish. I happen to be a 9 narrow in a hiking boot, but these were the perfect fit in an 8-1/2 narrow. I loved them so much, I ordered a pair of Clarks Wish Mood in the same size - they are just as wonderful in fit and finish, as an ankle boot to be worn with jeans and slacks. I always have difficulty in finding shoes that fit properly because I'm a narrow. I've given up shopping in stores for my shoes and now shop online exclusively - no gas or time wasted. THANK YOU ZAPPOS! My only negative is you are sometimes pricier than other online shops, and I have found better sales elsewhere.

I love this boot. It is so comfortable and I get a lot of compliments on them. The only downfall is that the leather scratches easily but can be polished away. They seem to be a boot that will still look good when broken in. Ran true to size for me.

Love this boot, but I am usually a 6.5, and this 6.5 was too big. I reordered in a 6, so hopefully that will work! Very cute boot, although I will say, the shaft of the boot is snug. And I do not have large calves. If you do, this probably won't work for you.

I needed a warm shoe for daily walks to and from work. Those cold NYC streets are a bit tough when it's 32 degrees and lower. My feet are warm but a bit of arch support would be so much better. Flat soles might work for desert sands but not the concrete jungle. Also, I have found lacing up to the top of the boot does not work for me. So, I skip the last two slots, wrap the laces around the ankle and make a tie off there. One other thing, do not make the mistake of not wearing socks/tights that go beyond the top of the boot. The tops of the boots are really stiff and I badly scraped the back of my legs the first time I wore them.

I bought these because I fell in love with their look. They are extremely comfortable, but being leather the zipper became extraneous after a time as the shoe has stretch that I don't even need to zip and unzip them to put them on. Also the zipper pulls are on the heavy side so they bang against the shoe when you walk. Still I think these are fine shoes.
