I bought these some 2 years back and they were so comfortable. I have severe foot problem. I wore them for long hours and walked lot and still they were so comfortable. I went to buy these again and found out the price went up. What I paid 2 years back was way less. I would recommend these shoes to people who have stand for long hours or have to walk or have feet issues like me.

First off, as the other commenter suggested, order a size (or a half size) smaller than your normal. These are larger than normal and with the elastic goring they're generous. Especially once they're broken in, they stretch and expand (as all shoes do) and there's no way to re-lace them to tighten them to compensate for that. So order small and break them in and they'll fit like a glove for years to come! Overall a fantastic shoe. I enjoy wearing them at work and can transition to going out with friends without feeling under dressed or too formal. It has a classy, sort of euro-style while not looking like the traditional 'rocker' style shoes. The Wave sole is amazing and I actually prefer to walk my dog with these over my cross trainers.

Took these shoes out of the box and walked around Paris/Munich and Northern Italy without an issue. What a great pair of shoes!!!!!

These are now among my favorite shoes for work (work environment is business casual residential construction management office). Very comfortable for all day wear. I especially appreciate the ample arch supprt and generously padded collar.

While I do not have this exact same shoe I have been wearing two pair quite similar for five years straight. I have wadded the Cauca River in Colombia S.A. in them, climbed mountains in them and used them for everyday day use for the five years mentioned. Today I am shopping for backups for these shoes which are still as good as the day I bought them except for curb scuffs on the toes. I'd recommend them to anyone who values good shoes for a decent price.

Love them - I love wearing these shoes. They are the most comfortable shoe that I have ever put on. I have actually ordered the sandals as well. I cannot wait for more "younger" styles to come out.

I bought these for my husband, a middle school band director who is on his feet all day. These shoes have been just the thing he needed. The cushion is amazing, they go with anything he puts on, and they leave him feeling less worn out at the end of the day. The only drawback is that they get a little hot for lack of lacing. Still a great, great shoe!

I have had a hard time finding shoes that are wide enough for my feet; but these are perfect! They are also extremely comfortable, even when standing and walking on them all day. I can't speak about longevity because they are still new, but I ordered a second pair to keep as a backup.

These shoes are not uncomfortable, but they are not the "heavenly clouds of love" that I was hoping either. First, they are at least a full size too large, this could be because they actually have wide widths and I usually have to buy shoes a full size larger to make up for narrow shoes. The shoes themselves feel rather strange on my feet, I wish I could describe it better. I have wore Dr. Martens for the past 12 years and since they changed their soles in the past few years I have been looking for another shoe.

I bought these shoes to take to NY on a trip that would involve a lot of walking around the city. At first they were tight around my instep, but wearing them for short times around the house to break them in helped a great deal. As a slip on they were tight at first, requiring me to wear a thin dress sock but they turned out to be very comfortable. I walked my tukus off from the Met to the Whitney, up and down Lexington with very comfortable feet. I would prefer they offer a wider shoe but the D size was acceptable.

I wear these far more than I planned. It's a fairly good shoe, a little loose. The sole came loose on the bottom of the heel but super glue fixed that. It has some arch support but minimal.

Good cushion although not as much as on some Clarks shoes. Fit securely (that is, not loosely) but easy on and off. Good looking, too.

Cannot believe how instantly comfortable these shoes are. Planning to wear them around Spain due to their extreme comfort. Agree with other reviewer's comments that these shoes run slightly larger than stated size.
