Lightweight knocking around shoe, the tops wear out prematurely. The soles are not very strong, I had a nail go right through the bottom of the shoe. I think they are not worth the price.

My husband wanted a "boat shoe", but needed more support and larger size (14) than most. He owns another pair of Clarks, so we decided to try these after reading other reviews. The shoe is very comfortable and supportive for his 6'5" frame. The ankle part is cut a little high, so that took 2-3 wearings for him to adjust to, but now the shoe is very comfortable and great for casual and casual/business (we live in Florida!). We thought the price was extremely reasonable and the shoe has detail which makes it more stylish. And again, as the whole world seems to know, Zappos rocks!

I really, really like the look and feel of these. However, the "mesh" is just canvas and doesn't really breathe like other boat shoes I’ve seen. They work really well if you wear socks, but without them, they would be the same as if they hadn't had the canvas mesh (it doesn’t do anything for the shoe except for the style). These are, however, really stylin.

The shoes were wide enough (I usually take 4E), flexible soles, very little arch support (that’s okay). My only problem with them is that they hit my ankles. This will probably go away as they loosen up, but they could be cut lower under the ankles.

These Clarks shoes are so light and comfortable that you hardly know they are on your feet. The sizing was perfect; 9W's were actually 9W's. In addition, Zappos is a great company to work with. The shoes were shipped out immediately and they arrived in 2 days.

Next day delivery! Great look, good fit. For those who have a wider foot Clark shoes wide widths run a bit wider than other shoes brands that offer wide sizes. Just right for me. Quality shoes that last for years. I like the look and fit of the Waterloo. The one thing that could be a little better is the arch support in this particular shoe model. My other two pairs of Clarks have great arch support.

Clarks Waterloo -
The first pair I bought a 1/2 size larger, but their sizes are true to their size. I returned the shoe (without any hassle at all from Zappos) and purchased my exact shoe size. The Waterloos fit perfectly and are so light that you hardly feel you have shoes on.

Love this shoe, so comfortable, no break in necessary; in my courier work, there’s lots of walking and using stairs (no discomfort of any kind). I give this shoe a five-star rating on looks and wear.

Great shoes, fast delivery.
This shoe is very well made and surprisingly light. All the Clarks shoes that I have owned have lasted far longer than any other shoes I have ever owned. I'm hard to fit and always had to settle for something that was not exactly what I was looking for. Now that I know Clarks fit every time, I buy only Clarks, and only from Zappos. Most of the time my shoes arrive the day after I place the order online. I save a day of shopping and gas each time.
