Before I say anything about the great sandals, I want to rave about the service from Zappos.com. I placed my order at about 2 pm on a Tuesday and they were on my doorstep the next morning at 10 am. No special handling and free shipping. How can you beat that?! I already owned a pair of these sandals and like them a lot so ordered another pair. Very comfortable and fit well and true to size with the ability to adjust the straps. I so appreciate reading the reviews that others have given and it makes a difference my my selection. I feel obligated to return the favor.

This is one of the best pairs of sandals I have ever had. I cannot wear closed toed shoes without feeling pain in my toes, so I wear sandals all year long. I wore these all last winter, everyday to work, with socks. They are still in pretty good shape, but am considering another pair while I can still buy them. Great fit and so comfy.

The slits for the straps are too small. Very difficult to push the strap through the slit (opening). The comfort level is not as comfortable as I was excpecting. Would not buy another pair.

These shoes are great! The fit is true to size. They felt great right out of the box. The bottoms are very cushioned and are great for lots of walking. I took them on a trip to California the first week I had them and walked over 6 miles each day in them. I like them so much I bought a second pair in Smoky Brown.

I love my Clarks-Un. sailor sandals and I love Zappos. The shoes are extremely adjustable,-great for my narrow size 11's! I walk my 2 big dogs twice a day so I appreciate the comfort and cushion that these shoes offer! A year ago I ordered and returned 2 pair of sandals from Zappos (at their expense) I never received the scolding note that I kept expecting, they are so pleasant to work with, so this year when I was ready and knew exactly what I wanted-I went to Zappos first. It is so nice working with a company that still appreciates the value of great customer service. Good Job Zappos! Separate note to Zappos, you can leave my review as is-or I give you permission to change or alter this review a little if need be. If you want, (because this is the truth) I have Multiple Sclerosis and fibromyalgia-as well as some scoliosis-so having my feet NOT hurt is a big deal for me!! It is also true that I felt awful last year when I returned both pair that I ordered - you are really nice people.

Very comfortable out of the box. Straps are soft and adjustable. Classic Unstructured - great, comfortable brand, worth the money.

Great for pregnant women -
Due to back problems during my pregnancy, I wasn't very mobile and my feet swelled up. These were the only shoes that fit me comfortably. Great for walking. Even after my pregnancy, I can still wear them. With the easy adjustable straps, they’re great for pregnancy and post. One of the most comfortable Clark shoes I have ever owned. The $ is worth it.

Design Flaw -
I am very dissatisfied with this shoe. It has a design flaw in the placement of the ankle strap where it attaches to the sole of the shoe. The strap is attached too far back (towards the heel) causing your foot to be pulled towards the edge of the heel, no matter how tight you adjust the strap. It makes the shoe look as if it does not fit properly because your heel is right at the back edge of the shoe. If I make myself slip my foot forward to the correct placement in the shoe, the ankle strap has to be loosened which makes for an uncomfortable and insecure feel. I would return them for a refund.

Great dressy sandal for walking!!
Looks better on!!!!!!!!!! I bought this for travel and was very pleased. It does as well in evening as daytime. Walking is great. No break in time, no stretching out, adjustable is really very helpful. Many compliments on this style

Great walking shoe -
I tried on a lot of expensive sandals in a big shoe store and these shoes were the most comfortable and fit well. Unfortunately they didn't have them in my size and color I wanted. The velcro straps make them adjustable. I would have liked a slightly higher heel but they were the most comfortable shoes I tried. They also look nice for all but the dressiest occasions. I will be using these for walking during the summer.

Best Shoe I could find after trying on a lot -
I had a pair of Clarks sandals similar to these a couple of years ago. They were wonderful! These are not quite a soft but they are very nice. They are incredibly light. They would be good for traveling. The soles are nice and sturdy. They look much nicer than Tevas for a casual dinner party. My feet are very sensitive and I can feel the small stitches on the footbed when I walk. I would definitely recommend this shoe.

I FINALLY found a shoe I love -
I was looking for a super comfortable sandal to take to Disney and also Europe in a month. I have searched everywhere. I am overweight (just lost 50LBS though) and need comfortable shoes-I ordered this pair and the Mallos by Clarks (the strap in that cut into my ankle). These are very lightweight, breath well, and comfortable right out of the box. I love them and will order in other colors now. Thanks-I love Zappos-they are simply the best!

Very, very comfortable shoes for someone who has had two foot surgeries. Sizing is off - but once you find the right size, it can't be beaten for comfort.
