Great shoe; I have three colors in this style and all are comfortable to wear. Soft leather, the blue is great for jeans or other pants, black doesn't have too much shine and the fit is true to all Clarks I have purchased in the past.

Clarks un-Maple has Clarks' fine attributes, and I'm torn but because I'm on the waiting list for several other shoes, I'll give these up reluctantly. No complaint; it just doesn't go well with what I'd planned to wear. As always, Zappos is marvelous, fantastic, super, and all the other adjectives I can find. And because Zappos makes exchanges and returns easy, I have the privilege of doing that. I don't remember when I've bought shoes anywhere else and certainly not since I discovered Zappos, which changed my life...what? 20 or so years?
I'd also recommend: Any of Clarks' lines, especially their new un- and bendables; Dansko

Finally! A shoe that fits me perfectly. I wear Rieker, Naot, Ecco and Merrell shoes. I usually order a size 9 and for the most part, this works although by the end of the day, my toes feel cramped. I could really wear a 9-1/2 but the brands I like do not make half sizes. In these Clarks, I ordered a 9-1/2 narrow and the fit is superb. They have great cushioning on the bottom and along the sides of the shoes. I love these shoes...if you have longer toes and a 9 is a wee bit short but a 10 is too big, try these. They are fantastic and I will be ordering more of this brand.

I rely on Clark shoes for comfort and support. These have a cushy lining and good arch support. However, they run narrow and have not given in any. If your foot is not narrow, I would select another style.

LOVE these shoes! No break in period needed; wore them straight outta the box for 12 hours. I usually wear anywhere from a 7.5W to a 9W depending on the shoe. In this type of shoe I was pretty sure I would need to order on the larger end. The 9W fit my tired, wide-ass, high instep, flat-foot perfectly. Great support. They look good with jeans or work casual pants. May have to order a pair in brown next Fall.
