Although very comfortable, I'm returning them. Clarks wide-width shoes normally fit me just right, but this pair was way too wide. The heel slipped a lot and the strap across the foot had too much stretch in -- kept popping up.

I love these shoes. I ordered them 3 weeks ago and have worn them every day since. We even went to Disney World and I wore them all day and my feet felt great. I have narrow feet but no arches, so my flat feet make my feet seem wider than they are. I ordered these in the narrow size and they were way too tight. The mediums seemed too wide at first, but after walking around in them for a while and comparing them to the narrows, I knew they fit better. Yes, my heel slips a little but I liken this to the Dansko clogs where the shoes are made more comfortable by not being skin-tight. The color is also surprisingly neutral. I wear them with jeans, khaki pants etc and they go with everything. I'm going to get these in the brown color next!

I love the Un Collection by Clarks. This is the most comfortable shoe ever and the 2nd pair I have from the Un Collection. It is a great fit right away - no break in period needed. I wish Clarks would make more designs that fit just like this. Well worth the money. I am glad I read that other people thought it ran large. I wear between a 9 and 9.5. I went with the 9, and it is great.

Wonderful shoes. I have real problem feet and these shoes are the answer. Before I found these, I could only wear tennis shoes -- not very attractive. Between these and two other Clark shoes, I now have three pairs to trade off. The answer to a very long quest.

I have tried many shoes trying to find one pair that fit several criteria. I'm going to Europe next month and I needed a comfortable walking shoe that was casual, but dressy enough to go with dress pants or a casual skirt. Plus it needed to be a neutral color to match with many outfits. This is the one I chose. I usually wear a 10-10 1/2, but ordered a 10. This shoe fit better than other 10 1/2's I tried! So I'd say it runs a little large. The construction is solid and feels like it will be a durable shoe. The mary jane strap was a little loose and it is NOT adjustable. However, I doubled the elastic over the button and it tightened up just enough for me. The footbed is nicely padded with moderate arch support, but can also be removed and replaced with a custom orthotic if necessary. I wouldn't normally consider this shoe to be feminine or dressy enough to wear with a skirt, but for my travel purposes it will work. Will be perfect with pants/jeans.

Size - I wear 6.5 W in running shoes, but the 5.5 for this shoe fits perfectly. Width - this is a little narrow for my 3.5" wide feet but narrow is all they have available in this size. Style - Cute. Structure - Soles are comfortable. The back of the shoe (from the bottom of my foot to my achilles) cuts into my achilles - very uncomfortable. Also cuts into the skin under my ankles on both sides. Distance between the bottom of my foot to under my ankle is 1.5". It has taken at least 2 weeks to break in. Air circulation - these shoes are breathable, they always keep my feet cold so I have to wear socks. I wear these shoes every day because I trust Clarks and I don't have any other flats.

Perfect shoes. I work in a Florida theme park and need to wear business casual clothing, even though I am in the heat and on my feet all day. I bought these in brown and black about a year ago and have worn them every day since. Just getting ready for replacements.

I love these shoes. I have had several surgeries on my feet, so it is very difficult to find comfortable yet somewhat fashionable walking shoes. These are both. Two days after I bought them I walked the length of the Vegas Strip, twice. (I know that's insane, but I can say I did it!) These shoes were great right out of the box and fit true to size. The blue is a nice denim shade that looks nice with jeans, and I am about to order a couple more pairs in other colors. Quite simply, these shoes are awesome... and so is Zappos!

I love these shoes! I had a favorite Clarks shoe in black and in brown - from about two years ago and these looked similar. My new puppy destroyed a black one and I was desperate. I found these and they arrived last weekend. They are even cuter than the old ones and fit just fine.

Finally found it! I've been buying and returning shoe after shoe looking for a comfortable flat to wear to work at my pharmacy during my 10 hour days. The button closure with elastic allows for my differing width feet to be accommodated. The toe box is roomy, and there is support throughout the shoe. I highly recommend!

I never met a Clarks I didn't love, nor a Zappos employee, so my experience in Zapponia was delightful. Oops sorry. Love the distressed taupe leather, excellent arch support, and the whatever-Clarks-does-that-makes-it-an-"un." I've a Josef Seibel I'm trying out, and may choose between them, but un-knot just may stay in my closet no matter what Seibel does. Somehow it -- this won't make sense -- doesn't look like ordinary Mary Janes. A bit more pizazz, perhaps, or maybe the button.

Oh my, how I love these shoes. I was looking for a pair of not-too-othopedic looking flat shoes to wear on a recent trip to Europe and these fit the bill. I broke them in before I left (got a big blister on one foot though) but they are super comfy now. I think they're cute too. Had tried on about 7 pairs of similar ones and rejected them before finding this. As always, Zappos' service is superior.

These shoes are really comfy and attractive. I like the way they fit: I have wide feet but sometime wide shoes are too wide. The strap has an elastic loop that goes over the little button thing on the side. Super easy to use and much better than something that you have to buckle.
