Clarks Un.bend - I am 9 1/2 EEE with high instep. The 9 1/2 XW felt perfect and not tight at all. Shoe is very light and a joy to wear.

Great shoe for the wide foot - It's difficult to find a shoe for the office that is both appropriate and comfortable. This shoe accommodates the extra-wide foot (with a high arch, as well), and it looks good. I have two pairs in black and will order another brown pair. Good shoes that fit well are hard to find; this style is a keeper and well worth the price.

These boots are really cute and comfortable and I was very excited to receive them. Unfortunately, I tried them out on a rainy day and the top part of my feet got damp (not soaking wet, but damp). They're not regular rubber boots, they have a silicone-feeling coating on top of them so I think this permits water to pass through a little. Great for style, but if you're looking for functionality, skip the money on these. Thank God Zappos has great customer service and is willing to exchange them for me.

Excellent comfort. Even with orthotics, this shoe is the most comfortable that I've worn in my 55 years. Due to my foot issues of bunion and hammertoes, it can be difficult to find comfort, but this was it. I'm ordering the Randolph next.

The shoes I purchased was the Clarks Un.bend. I bought a pair over a year ago to work in and they were by far the most comfortable and durable shoe I have ever owned. I walk on a concrete floor all day and these things provide great support. I got the new ones a few weeks ago. When I put them on for the first time, they felt as comfortable as my old ones. No breaking required. It is a super shoe. Thanks Zappos.

Great shoe and very comfortable from the start; it’s the only shoe I buy now. However, it’s not very good in wet, rainy weather at keeping your feet dry.

I heard a lot about Zappos & this is the first pair of shoes I got from them. An excellent shoe true to width. It's extremely comfortable as a walking shoe and has great support while standing for long hours. The looks and fit and finish of this shoe is exceptional. Would recommend this shoe for anyone! The first pair I got was a little too big, I called Zappos customer support at 12:30am EST and got a live operator (Jen) who assisted me in having the shoe exchanged at no shipping cost. Awesome customer support. Would always go back to them to buy another pair. The new (replacement) pair arrived in 2 business days! "The place" to buy your shoes.

These shoes are my "n-teenth" purchase from Zappos. They were exactly what I expected. The online view feature let's you get a real valid check of the style, design, and quality workmanship. The shoes fit very well and they appear to be holding up to my wear and tear. I would buy them again. The only issue that I have is I work in an old historic courthouse with marble tile in the hallways and the material on the shoe soles have a tendency to squeak, especially if the shoes are the least bit damp. Otherwise, I'm happy as always with the Zappos experience!

My dad, whose wide feet I inherited, suggested I try Clarks. Their Unstructured line has great air circulation, and comes in both wide and extra-wide. Overall, these shoes have been great after about a month of daily office wear. They breath very well, and look sharp. A guy who buys pairs of shoes thought they were a pair of Mephistos or something similarly over-priced. A word of caution on sizing. I wear a NB 1123 11.5 6E, and usually have to go to a 12 4E to get the width needed in new balance. I can't fit many other brands. But these Clarks shoes in extra-wide are ginormous! I've got tons of room in an 11XW.

Overall, a nice dressy casual/casual shoe. They are comfortable and look good with jeans and slacks. I like the air circulation system too. However, the price of these shoes is too high. You're paying for the Clarks name. I think Clarks quality has gone down in the past few years. I don't moving their production to China was a good idea. I will be shopping other brands in the future.

My 21 year old son turned me on to Zappos last summer when he came to our lake house in northern MN. Everything he raved about was true. Best customer service, convenient, intelligent, easy way to buy shoes and, with a guarantee! I love Clarks Un.structured, they wear much longer than any tennis shoe so are well worth the extra money! I believe they are using some form of silicone based composite on the soles because they really do last, and they fit very comfortably. I now have 3 pairs!

Very comfortable shoe with good cushioning. It is very lightweight also. I have a similar pair in brown, also from Clarks, that I bought two years ago. I like that pair, but I like these even more.
