This is a much cuter shoe in person - a nice step up from casual flats, but more comfortable than a true heel. The navy is a great color and that little cross strap adds a little sass and femininity to this low pump. It seems to run toward the large size in length but the wide is spot on.

I needed a cute, versatile, kind of dressy shoe that was comfortable but didn't have too high of a heel (since I'm an inch taller than my fiance to start with). If you are looking for any of those things, look no further! Hands down the best money I've ever spent on shoes. Looks just as good with jeans, a casual skirt, or with a nice dress. As comfortable as your favorite sneakers.

I was looking for a pair of shoes I could wear with skirts, but also with pants and that would be comfortable all day at work. I was glad to find these in navy and there aren't too many dressier shoes in blue. These look good dressed up or down, and meet the all-day test. Very comfortable.

These are great comfortable, professional and fashionable looking pumps. I am saying this as someone who always wears flats. I bought a second pair! Be careful about the wide shoes though, they do run really big.

This shoe accomodates my thick big toes, thus doesn't press down on top like most all do. My narrow heels make buying shoes that fit an impossibility. I have to use all kinds of inserts and then still most of the time have shoes that actually slip off while I'm walking. by lifting the insert and adding one, plus adding heel cups, this shoe fits my feet and I am a happy camper. I must wear low-heeled shoes but I want style. These are more open across the top, which I like. I will definitely be back for more Clarks, size 10B shoes.

When I first tried these shoes on, they felt tight in the toe box. But now that I have worn them a few times they fit perfectly. They are cute and comfortable for the office.

Clarks Sugar Sky is a very nice looking leather, well made shoe. I ordered an 8W. The width was very good but it was about 1/2 too long at the heel. Sugar Sky should be a very comfortable shoe with excellent arch support. I hate to send it back and will have to wait for the 7 1/2W to come back in stock. It has been 25 years since I wore a 7 1/2, so we will see. Zappos' service is beyond compare! You have got to love them for that!

I am a teacher and am on my feet all day. I bought these shoes and was able to wear them without my feet hurting at the end of the day. They felt true to size. I have a wide foot and the wide fit well. I even had one of my students comment on how nice the shoes looked.

Bottom line: very comfortable shoe, dressy enough to wear with a suit. I bought these shoes for a conference where I would be walking up to a half mile between job interviews. Yeah. I needed a suit-appropriate, job interview shoe I could walk a decent distance in, and I am not a girl who wears heels. These shoes performed amazingly well. I walked several miles a day in these shoes for three days in a row and had no blisters, no pain and no discomfort. I got a job and will be commuting via public transit and walking. I'm glad I have a work shoe I can walk in! I'm even comfortable enough in these to wear them with my 25 lb. daughter in a baby carrier. Highly recommended.

This is the fourth pair of Clark shoes I have purchased from Zappos. The response time is next to remarkable. The shoes are next to heaven. I have worn one of the pair to work for over a year and they are still as comfortable as the first time I put them on. Great shoe, great company and great Zappos.
