I love these shoes! They're stylish but also very comfortable. Admittedly, I didn't try walking in them for miles, but find them really comfortable to wear all day (and I'm not really someone who wears heels or tolerates a lot of foot discomfort). I generally wear an 8, but I'm a small 8 with narrow heels and not a particularly thick foot: I found the 8 to be a bit too big all over. If you're between two sizes, order down. I love the wooden heel.

I immediately loved these shoes and wore them for three hours standing in the kitchen cooking supper. Very high level of comfort for this heel height. I'm very pleased that they worked for me.

Ok, these are my first purchase of spring shoes this year. They are so rockin'! However, I wore them around the city--walking for about 2 miles, and the balls of my feet hurt SO BAD! I've been wearing heels for years, and am trying to convert to heels that are more 'walkable', now that I live in the city, but one thing I think is crucial is that there is some cushion under the ball of the foot. They initially felt great, stable, fit nice, etc., and while there is a decent platform--which is what I look for in a shoe I want to walk in, the platform doesn't have much cushion. Too bad, because they are gorgeous, but I have more expectations from shoes, now that I'm no longer in my 20's :).

I LOVE these shoes. I've never ever felt so comfortable in heels. The leather is soft, the heel stable, and best of all (dorky or not) the straps attach with velcro. You can't see it but it makes them so easy to get on.

If only these had buckles instead of leather, I would have kept them, because I loved every other feature and hubby thought they were sexy. It would also have been great if these came in a true solid chestnut brown instead of the weird ombre taupe. Boho cuteness -- perfect with a maxi dress. Interesting that a previous reviewer said it didn't have enough arch support, because I also identify myself as having a high arch and narrow heel (although I have a wide forefoot) and they felt perfect comfort-wise for me and extremely supportive. Love the grippy sole too. An item of note, the pinky toe is completely hidden, if that's a dealbreaker for you. Clarks & Zappos, if you can deliver these in brown with buckles please let me know and I will order them! Thanks Zappos for free shipping both ways!
