These shoes are so comfortable that they required no breaking in. I am a teacher and on my feet much of the day, so comfort is paramount. These fit the bill! The stylish trim was the icing on the cake. They look nice with jeans or slacks and are a nice upgrade from my last pair of plain comfort clogs. The only thing I would change is the color of the lining of the footbed. The ivory color stands out at the back of the shoe; I think that black would be better. As always, the customer service at Zappos is beyond amazing, by far my best experience in online shopping and I do a lot. It's also great to have such a vast selection from which to choose. I am very pleased with my purchase and my shopping experience and would recommend this shoe to others.

These are awesome shoes! No need to break them in, just slip em on and go. I have 1 foot that swells due to illness, and have a hard time finding shoes like this. I got them in the wide and they're perfect! They're cute too! Love Clark's and love Zappos!

With a WW, and high arch foot, shoe buying is a real problem. I am accustomed to buying a longer shoe to get a bit more width. The eight and a half was too big. I ordered the eight. It fits perfectly. OMG. And I Love my Clark's. Better than my slippers. Amazon, has made it possible for me to shop hundreds of shoes, all in my hard to find size. Free shipping and returns, I will never again shop every shoe store in the mall.

This shoe definitely runs wide. I almost always wear a 12 wide, and my foot was swimming in this shoe. I think Clarks has changed their sizing through the years, as their 12M used to be both short and narrow. I ordered the 12M and 11W to compare, and ended up keeping the 12M. My foot is wide through the forefoot area. This shoe fits nicely and is comfortable right out of the box. The only negatives are the weight, which I can live with, and the light color of the insole material. That light strip stands out when wearing dark socks and dark pants. Minor deficit overall.
