Comfort. I'm a floral designer and stand all day. When I put these on my feet didn't stop 'smiling'. I need a 1/2 size; the six were too small toes hit the tip. Purchased the 7 and they're too big. I just couldn't refuse the comfort!

These shoes are great! You can walk for miles in complete comfort and if it rains you\'re toasty and DRY at the same time. I recommend these to anyone who does a lot of walking. They are subtle enough to wear with slacks or skirts and maybe a dress. The only thing I discovered is I needed to order a size smaller than I usually wear.

These are fantastic all weather shoes! I bought them to replace a pair of Clarks Cloud that I bought when my dog was a puppy and we were still housebreaking. Those lasted 5 years and were great for dog walking in the snow, cold, rain and mud. These I have to say are even better. They are incredibly comfortable, have a bit more arch support which I like, better traction, are warm and look good. I highly recommend these, particularly for those of you who have to do a lot of dog walking!

I got an email from Zappos telling me they had some new comfort shoes from Clarks. I viewed them. Fell in love with these. Bought them. They are the nicest, most comfortable shoes in the world. Very stylish. I plan on buying a second pair.

These are waterproof? While I have had these shoes for a while, today was the first time they were tested in a real downpour, and they flunked miserably. Much as I like the style and fit, I returned home soaked to the metatarsals. And yes, that means both feet. I'm disappointed, to say the least. Good-bye, Clarks.

These were exactly what I was looking for. They are a nice-looking shoe/boot, comfortable, true to size, waterproof and warm. Although it’s only October, I’ve already worn them several times, what with the cold, rainy weather we’ve been having here. I’m very happy I got them.

Feet drier than they have ever been - Many reviewers note that they use these shoes for walking their dogs. Me too. These shoes are excellent for keeping your feet dry although mine do leak slightly if I walk through a field of long wet grass or right through a deep puddle. Also the seam of the right shoe binds against my little toe. Nevertheless, after years of wet feet, this is the best solution so far. And the price is right.

Functional - I needed a walking shoe for walking my dog in the northwest; lots of snow and rain and so needed a shoe that is comfortable for walking, but keeps feet dry. This certainly does the job. Is not the hippest shoe around, but then again my dog's not a fashionista! For mushy snow or snow drifts would recommend a boot as the low rise does not protect against ice getting into your shoe. I also use a heel gel for extra cushion - it fits perfect without making the shoe too tight.

Clark's Ice - These shoes are perfect for running around in cold/wet weather. I plan to travel to Europe in the winter this year and they will be perfect for that trip. Plus, they look good!

Nice wet-weather shoe... until it leaked! I bought these and they were great. I have a wide foot, but sometimes Clarks fits with a little stretching and after wearing these for a few weeks, the tightness in the width eased. This shoe has a top zipper to make things easier slipping them on and off. I wore them every day for many months as I live in western Washington State, meaning lots and lots of rain and nasty wet weather. They were comfortable and kept my feet dry until one day I noticed that my socks felt damp and discovered that where the seam for the toe guard meets the shoe… leaks had developed. I tried treating them with a waterproofing spray as I need them every day, but unfortunately the shoes just weren't waterproof any longer. This is a disappointment as I need a waterproof shoe and would welcome any customer suggestions as this type of shoe is difficult to find, especially with a wide foot.

Clarks Ice needs to be in half sizes... These were the first pair of Clarks I have ever ordered due to the excellent reviews. Unfortunately, they only come in whole sizes and I needed a 7 1/2. I tried my heavy socks with them but they "ate" them in the first step and thus, they had to be returned. I liked the blue color, really cool. The shoe felt nice, the zipper was great but unfortunately, I need a half size. I'm just looking for a good shoe to walk my dog, Ozzy, on a country road and these are not for me.

Clarks Ice - Great shoes - the size is perfect. I walk a great deal at work from one building to another outside. For that purpose, they are very comfortable and when it is raining, they are perfectly waterproof.

I love these! I was looking for a pair of "duck shoes" for the wet weather. These are great! I usually wear a 7.5 -but in Clarks I wear an 8. I ordered them late in the season and they were out of the color I wanted first. Hopefully, they'll have them next year and I'll order another pair.

Great except for my weird high arches - I have high arches and feet that are different sizes. I usually wear a 7.5. The 7 felt great on one foot, but a little snug and could not zip over my arch on the other foot. The 8 was too big for both feet. Too bad b/c they felt so comfy and they looked good, too.

Shoe Dilemma Solved - I needed a waterproof, comfortable shoe for a trekking around Ireland in June. Since I live in the desert Southwest, I couldn't justify spending an arm and a leg for a wet weather shoe. I found the Clarks Ice shoe in a local store on clearance. Shoe dilemma solved! They are extremely comfortable, not at all "too warm" for me to wear here. The zippers will make airport screening go quicker, and I am confident that my feet will stay warm and dry when trampling on the "Old Sod" I agree with the other reviewers who would benefit from 1/2 sizes. I had to go up a size, but a slightly thicker sock will pick up the slack. Thank you, Zappos' reviewers; you have been a blessing as I tried to determine which shoes would fit my travel needs. Now that I see all the other color options, I may have to consider another pair.

Love the shoe! I originally ordered the 6, as most people felt it was a half size larger...too small! I then ordered a 7, which, with socks, was roomy but comfortable! Love the shoe, very practical, very comfy. I have gotten a lot of comments on these shoes!

I love this shoe: I only wish the plum color had been available! I have since also purchased the Clarks Midge. Both Ice and Midge are great slip-on shoes, and comfortable right out of the box. Wore them in pouring rain yesterday, and was completely warm and dry.

A little roomy - I bought these based on the positive reviews. If I wasn't impatient, I'd have sent these back for a smaller size. But I wore them a day before deciding they're a bit big. They do make my feet a little hot, so I will probably not wear them the entire day next time. But they are cushiony and comfortable immediately. Now, if only we had some snow to test them...

If only they had arch support! The look of this shoe is misleading. From the exterior shots, the construction appears to allow for a very good arch support. It doesn't. It is almost as if it was molded for someone with a flat foot. It isn't deep enough to allow for my orthotic insert though. I would have returned them, but I have found it impossible to find a waterproof/water resistant shoe with a good tread that has it all. Great grippy soles. Great firm toe while still providing room to breathe. Good for running outside to do basics needs in wet weather (which we don't have much of) but I can't wear it for any extended period because of the lack of arch support.
