These boots are fantastic. Super comfortable. I have narrow feet and they are roomy enough for my Superfeet insoles. I have not worn them through a Maine winter yet, but I am confident that they will keep me warm and dry. Also, the zipper is perfect for quick on and off. I have 4year old twin boys and no time to mess around with laces. (I also ordered the mid calf version and have not been able to convince myself to return them.) Much better made than the Keens I have worn for the last 3 years. I wish I had found these sooner. They feel luxurious and very well made. I am looking forward to the snow!

Very comfortable & warm. They can be worn even with trousers to go to work & you do not have to change shoes all the time, from snow boots to working shoes. Roomy! Happy with the buy.

I needed a waterproof boot to work outside. I have plantar fasciitis and needed good support. With these boots I can add or subtract orthotics depending on my needs of the moment. They are a little wide for my narrow foot, but provide the space and the cushioning I need.

My name is Michal and I'm an addict. Best shoes I ever had. The coolest look plus they perfectly nurse my aching ankles. I have 2 complaints, though: 1) the squeaking is seriously embarrassing, 2) the recent change of the black shoe: leather from slick smooth to "wrinkled" and hip orange lines to boring grey. Why is that?
These boots are amazing. I wore them all day, every day from October of last year until mid-April, and even in the summer at sleep away camp for two months! (I wore them because I was in the woods all day long for two months, but take note: they really were too warm for that!) These are the comfiest shoes I've ever owned, and they're nice and waterproof (I did have my dad touch them up with leather waterproofing though, midway through the season and again note, I wore these for nearly 10 hours a day every day for about 10 months. That's a lot of beating). My only other complaint is about the treads; they wore off by the end of the season. The sole of the front of both boots is totally smooth rubber. AKA if it's anywhere near slippery, I will slip. So yeah, need a new pair, but definitely worth it!

love these but...
I purchased and have worn these boots for almost two years in great comfort. But, recently they have developed a tear/crack in the leather and separation of the rubber in the same area on the left shoe near my little toe. As they are waterproof that allows moisture and water to enter the boot making the "wet foot" syndrome.

I love these boots - I buy a pair every year and wear the every day through the fall and winter - (not that I have to buy a pair every year - they do last for longer - but....:)\r\n\r\nand Zappos is fast - got them in a day or two.

So, sad, can't find a boot.
This is a beautiful boot and I love how it looks. However, it is so tight on my foot that it shuts off my circulation. Twelve is the largest size, and I guess it just isn't big enough for me. I have to give it to my daughter who wears a size ten. I have purchased Clark's before and they ran small also.

Comfortable but the size runs large. I'm a 7 1/2, I ordered the 7 and it fit perfectly. A little loose in the heel. Had a squeak in one shoe but it went away after the first day. Not sure the pair I received it totally waterproof. The last time I walked the dog in the rain the inside of the toe area was a little damp. Very cute. It's not the "perfect" boot I thought it would be, but overall I am very happy with it.

I also purchased the green loafers to go with a purse I already had. I typically fluctuate between an 8 1/2 and a 9, so according to the sizing chart, I bought the 9. They are a bit long, but the width is perfect. I must admit that once I wore them outside, I found them a bit uncomfortable. Too bad I didn't discover this while I wore them indoors...

Great Waterproof Boots -
These boots felt great from the first moment I put them on as Clarks always do. I wear them for tramping around on hikes with my dogs, and they hold up through rain, snow, and mud, and my feet stay nice and dry. Great boots! Thanks Clarks! And millions of thanks to Zappos! I won't buy shoes online anywhere else!

Comfortable but weird looking. If you want function over form, go with these. They are comfortable with some good arch support, but they are very strange looking.

Comfortable, but strange -
When I got these boots(a couple days after I ordered them - thanks, Zappos!)I was very excited. I loved the way they looked - but because of the previous reviews about the way they fit, I ordered mine half a size larger. (I think that they actually fit true to size.) I kept mine, but they do squeak, and they make my feet sweat within a couple of hours. I bought them just to wear when it rains and I'm riding my motorcycle. I will probably only wear them when it rains, and bring some shoes with me to change into that don't make my feet sweat. Overall, I think that these are very cute, but they don't breathe - so they're not an all-day shoe.

The best winter shoe -
I am buying my second pair since I gave my last pair such a beating. My feet were warm and dry on the rainiest and coldest of days. Also, functional in the snow without the bulk of most snow boots. Because of the style of the boot, I wore them with everything. The only time I did not use them was for the months of May, June, July, and August. These are definitely a great buy.

These may be the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. However, they squeak slightly when I walk. It's not noticeable when I'm walking in city traffic, but in the quiet office, you can definitely hear me coming. I'm hoping the squeaking goes away, but it only seems to be getting slightly louder. Sounds like it's the padding in the soles. Because of this, I have to give it 3 stars for overall.
