These shoes are butter soft, especially behind my heel. I have a narrow heel, relatively narrow foot, and a high instep. These shoes fit perfectly in the medium width and they grip my heel just right. I put in an arch support and they are still comfortable. I haven't worn them for a long time yet, but they are already better than anything I have or have tried so far.

A very attractive shoe. Unfortunately the size 7 - which is what I always wear - is too tight, so I will have to return them.

I found these shoes comfortable to wear from the first wearing. I wore them all day the first day and never felt I was in new shoes. The size ran slightly small--I usually wear an 8 in Clarks, but needed to order an 8 1/2 to be comfortable. Great looking as a dress shoe, and a dream to wear.

I needed a pair of dressy shoes for Easter. I've worn nothing but SoftWalk and New Balance for years - I have problem feet and rarely wear anything but tennis shoes. Generally even Clarks' narrow width is too wide for me. But with a pair of Dr. Scholl's insoles, I can wear these for church and other occasions. They are stylish (by my standards) and comfortable. I'll definitely be getting some more Clarks shoes.
I'd also recommend: Soft Walk

I wear a 6 1/2. I always buy a wide shoe when I can because B width is really too tight. I ordered a 6 1/2 Wide Clarks Caswell Eternity. The shoe is one of the most comfortable I've worn. I walked all day in these shoes the first day I wore them. The cushion inside is very plush. The shoe looks expensive, and is both dressy and casual. I highly recommend this style. I believe it runs true to width.

These are extraordinary shoes in terms of comfort. I bought one pair in black and one in brown for a special event. I wore them right out of the box for 13 hours straight, changing into the second pair in the evening. Even danced in them last night for hours with no problems whatsoever. My feet are fine today. This is a first for me, so I am estatic! Oh, I will add that I'm in my late 50s, overweight, and with a bunion and hammertoe. A very special fairy godmother must have made these beautiful shoes for me. Thanks Clarks and Zappos!
