Love these sandals. The inside has a gel-like rubbery pad that feels great on bare feet and helps absorb shock on the heel and ball of the foot (no arch support). I think it will also prevent the inside of the sandal from looking warn or dirty. I always buy flat sandals. But I still struggle to find sandals that balance style and comfort. (And style still wins more times than not!) I really like the style of these sandals and they're comfortable, so I'm very happy. Also the leather doesn't "dig in" or rub anywhere. These will be great sandals to take on my summer vacation where I'll walk a lot but still want to feel cute.

For me, these were a terrible fit. Very stiff feeling and too long - the fit of the shoe seemed right, but then my toes looked about an inch too short. I can respect people who choose not to wear leather, but if you're okay buying leather, skip these shoes. They do look really cool. The turquoise color is pretty. And though these are Clarks, they felt like they would wear as a typical flat sandal - no support. (But I'm returning them, so I can't really speak from experience.)

These sandals are not just earth-friendly, they are also comfortable right out of the box and such a wonderful color I get compliments on them wherever I go. A huge success.

I wore this sandal for the first time today and got many compliments. The color is cute (fuchsia), and the footbed padding makes them very comfortable. When I first tried them on, I was afraid that the straps would rub blisters on my feet, but they didn't at all. Like the previous reviewer, I think that they are a little big. Unlike the previous reviewer, I was looking for shoes not made from the skin of an animal and am thrilled that Clarks has decided to make artisan shoes of faux leather. I am off to buy another pair.

I regularly purchase shoes from Zappos, with huge success. While processing a return today, I noticed these shoes and am excited to try them, based on the reviews and that they are NOT made from animal hide.
