I just want to add this comment for those who may be concerned that they look like "old lady" shoes. I guess it depends on what you where them with. I think they are really cute casual shoes to wear with jeans or khakis. A little step above sneakers but I wouldn't wear them with dressy pants.

I have a hard to fit narrow foot. Some double A's work for me if they run towards the narrow side. These did and I most happy with them. They look nice and can wear them for dressier occasions. I have been looking for AAA narrow brown tie shoes for a long time with no results, until I took a chance on a double A which worked great. I do, however, wear them with a heavier sock. They are a nice looking shoe.
Brands I'd also recommend: could not find any other barnds that fit

I really like these shoes!They have become my "everyday" shoes that look great with jeans. They are so comfy and well made. I have a narrow,flat foot so it's difficult to find shoes that I don't slide around in and that have adequate arch support, these are it and dealing with Zappos is always a joy!

Wow, what a comfortable shoe. Size and width is exactly what I expected. One problem is the round shoe laces-they tend to loosen up and untie, but I can live with it. The comfort more than makes up for the laces.

I am thoroughly enjoying my pair of shoes. The interior is soft and inviting and the exterior seems to resist water spots and scuffs. The shoes are very comfortable which is really the main thing I want in a shoe.

I bought these shoes for casual jeans - they are extremely comfortable and wore them all day the first day. They are just a little bit wider than I expected so wearing a normal sock instead of a thin sock makes them fit perfectly. I would purchase these again, they look really cute.

I really like these shoes. I bought them to do my EMT clinicals and I needed to have black shoes. They look very smart with my uniform. I worked for 10 to 11 hours in them. I have old feet but did not have discomfort. I am glad I found these at Zappos.

I like these shoes very much. I volunteer at a performing arts center and sometimes have to stand for hours. They were comfortable right from the start. I also like their appearance. Zappos delivered in a prompt manner. I have no complaints about this experience.

The Clark shoes have been great, and answer my ever pressing need to find a good fit. Just as importantly was the great service when I called in my order - and then the follow up note from the person who took my order. Spoils a person in this day and age.

I love these shoes. I put them on as soon as I got them and basically haven't taken then off since. There was no painful 'breaking in' period; they've been comfortable the whole time. I definitely agree with other reviewers that the laces come untied; I've had to double-tie mine. But otherwise, I have no complaints.

Like them so much I bought a second pair -- they are completely comfortable when worn for 9 hours straight and are attractive enough to wear to the office. They lace tightly enough to work on my very narrow foot. A great shoe!

Comfortable right out-of-the-box shoes. I always find it hard to find a really comfortable casual shoe, this is very nice and I was able to do a lot of walking on vacation with them right away.
