This is an excellent shoe, especially for the price. It's super lightweight and stylish and, most importantly, very comfortable. I believe you can order a 1/2 size down from your usual size if you want a bit of a snugger fit as the shoes loosens up a bit after wearing around. Nice work, Clarks. And Zappos, look at you go!

I am plagued by attacks of plantar fasciitis which make it very difficult to walk. I selected these shoes for their comfort and that the insole could be removed and replaced with special insoles I need because of the plantar fasciitis. They are reasonably priced and very comfortable. Many podiatrists recommend Clark shoes for their comfort and I certainly agree.

This was my first experience with Zappos. I ordered the shoe in my normal size 12. When I tried it on it was too big. I sent it back for a smaller size, the exchange process was super easy and very quick! Very happy with service and the shoes.

These shoes rock, but as good as the shoes are, it is secondary to the customer service that Zappos provides when ordering. Shipping is lighting fast, returns are easy-peasy, and the entire experience is a breeze.
