These shoes are so comfortable! I started wearing them all day right out of the box. I have worn them with a thin sock and without socks with equal comfort. I usually take my shoes off inside the house, but these are so comfortable I forget that I still have then on! The sizing is very predictable with Clarks and I have these in my usual size, 8 1/2 M. The heel cup and padded collar are better than average. Also, the arch support is slightly better than average. I can't wear shoes without some decent arch support for more than an hour and since I can wear these all day without any pain they must have at least better than average support. I have not had to adjust the adjustable velcro strap and I don't notice it when I'm wearing the shoe. But it is there to customize the fit if needed. I am very glad I bought these shoes!

I ordered these shoes in two different sizes based on previous reviews stating they run large. Boy, do they ever. I had to return 9½ and 10 and now will try 9. I liked the width of the shoes plus the more rounded toes. Thank you, Zappos, for your rapid processing of orders and your generous return policy. I love shopping with you.

Can you spell C-o-m-f-o-r-t-?! Oh, I love Clark shoes! Have been wearing this shoe for several months, still holding up well, and have kept their good looks.

Cute extremely comfortable shoe. I have a narrow foot and this shoe fits great in narrow. So comfortable that I bought two more pairs!

I loved the show but I have a high instep and the strap hit at just the wrong spot. Too bad since they were very comfortable.
