I love these sandals...just like I love all my Clarks shoes. They are comfy from the first minute you put them on...no "breaking them in." And the straps allow you to adjust them as tight or loose as you like...or to loosen them when your feet swell from being in tropical climates. If you walk a lot, these fit the bill and are stylish too.

Perfectly comfortable, adjustable and ready to go, these shoes became as easily a part of my life as rolling off a log. Just the right amount of support for me, as a sandal, I'm good now for the summer!

These came close to my ideal sandal but in the end I had to return them. Needed a lower heel. After a lot of tweaking the 4 straps could be adjusted to fit my feet, but there remained one trouble spot when the arch of my foot came in contact with the strap.
I'd also recommend: Clarks, Naturalizer, Josef Seibel

Pro: Pretty, well-constructed leather sandals, versatile color, four fully adjustable velcro straps each for a custom individual fit. Con: No arch support for my high arches, which causes my feet to slide forward to the toe edges unless the shoes are tightly strapped or I wear my custom orthotic inserts; wearing the sandals without my orthotics promotes foot, leg and back pain. Cupped heel could be deeper to help conceal and retain orthotics. Recommended alternative: Klogs Summerland.

The undersides of the straps felt scratchy and irritwted my feet in places. I think parts of the stiff side of the Velcro were not covered completely by the soft fabric. I am sending them bsck.
