I ordered the 11M and I normally wear an 11W. It is a cut shoe, but it is too loose around the ankle. It would be great if it closed by velcro or snapped. The zipper is fashionable, but it does not prevent it from slipping as you walk.

This shoe is super cute and comfortable but unfortunately the zipper on teh heel makes a jingling noise when you walk. I don't think it would be issue when you're somewhere with moderate background noise, but I work in a relatively quiet office so they must go back. Too bad, so sad.

I really wanted to keep these - the quality and make are awesome and the design is very flattering on the foot. But the zipper in the back is incredibly noisy! It sounds like you're walking around in spurs. Sadly, they had to go back.

These are very cute and comfortable. I love the style. The only thing that annoys me is the clinking of the zipper in the back. I still wear them however.

These are pretty sandals, but the straps around the ankle are too wide. There is no way to keep the shoes in place unless you take them to the shoemaker to make the straps shorter. They are not worth the money. I will return them.
Brands I'd also recommend: Naturalizer or Bandolino. They have a better fit.
