Well-made, quality bag. I couldn't believe the speed of the service. The bag was delivered only 24 hours after I ordered it using normal shipping.

I purchased this bag because it was listed as highly water resistant and it had a very cool looking seat-belt buckle that clipped it together. After receiving the bag I was extremely pleased with the initial look and the quality of the bag. Unfortunately, this is where my review turns negative. The next morning after loading my stuff into the bag my eye started to hurt and I went to the bathroom mirror and spotted a metallic fleck in my eye. I promptly washed my eye vigorously and found the source of the metal shaving. My shinny new seat-belt buckle on the backpack was peeling metal flecks/shavings. The chrome was coming off and they were all over me and also in my eye. I am returning the bag as I cannot even begin to express to you how much I don't want to ever experience that again. Zappos took good care of me and got me a new bag on its way.
