Ordered this shoe the first time--normal size. Discovered best to go 1/2 size up. Otherwise really great comfy shoe. Goes with everything! Zappos handled the return beautifully. Had my new shoes before the weekend.

This is a beautiful shoe! The size 9, which is what I normally wear, was a bit too loose, but the toe is snug enough that I was afraid to exchange them for an 8.5. I put a little thing in the heel to keep them from slipping and they're perfect! The kitten heel is feminine and sexy. Love them!

Shoes that I first ordered had a small mark on the right toe. Returned these and promptly received a replacement pair. Love these shoes. Very comfortable and the service was excellent.

These shoes were huge! Nice color and seemed comfortable but I knew I'd never be able to walk in them. They were that big. Sorry, they had to go back.
