These boots went straight back to Zappos. They looked cute from the outside and had enough room at the top for my muscular calves, but the inside of the boot at the heel felt like plastic. I could actually feel the stitching rubbing my heel and ankle as I walked around my house. I am sure no amount of breaking-in would have helped. I ended up getting the Romantic Soles - Relive instead and they are much more comfortable and seem to be of better quality! Thank you, Zappos, for your amazing customer service and painless return process!

Just got these in the mail - they fit fairly well and look cute, though they definitely have a very flat sole and would benefit from an insert. They look good pulled up or a bit slouchy, and the color is nice (very similar to picture, with an orange tinge). Haven't worn them extensively yet, but they seem okay for comfort.

I ordered these boots and it came a day later and I was excited. But then I opened the packaging and noticed that the left boot's suede was all messed up in the back. So I called Zappos and they sent me another pair and I sent mine back to them. Be careful you check your product properly! Also, I'm a 8 1/2 in reg shoe size, but in boots I'm 9 1/2 so I knew what size to order and it fit great. A little slouchy but that's okay, the cut of the boot is cute and I love the rounded toe!
