Interested in new Chippewa products?
Initially, Chippewa started with only logger boots in its product line. Constructed of double and triple leather midsoles and hand-plugged outsole spikes, the logger boots were designed to assist loggers as they rolled the logs down the rivers to the mills. Based on that state-of-the-art boot, Chippewa gained a reputation for quality and began expanding the product line to include more boot categories.
The past century has brought significant changes in the need for quality outdoor work and sport footwear. Chippewa Boots continues to add new products to its inventory to meet the needs of its loyal following. As part of the Justin Brands, Inc. family, quality and craftsmanship continue to be the leading guides in its development, just as it has been for the last 100 years. Rugged as the land they walk, Chippewa. Live the Spirit.

Great boots! These are really well made boots from Chippewa; the leather is really thick, and feels soft right out of the box. The insole and vibram sole make them really comfortable for long wear. I've worn mine to work 10 hour days and come home with no aches or pains! I will say they seem a little narrow, I don't normally wear an extra wide shoe or boot, but the width of these was a little snug; they have stretched and become more comfortable after use, but I probably should have bumped up to the EE version.

After 22 years working in a busyness that requires me to be on my feet all day, these are the best work boots I have ever owned. My feet are hard to fit, 13AA, long and narrow. These boots are cut a little narrower and shaped well for a narrow foot. At the same time they offer a comfort that is not often found in work boots. I have been wearing them for almost a year now. Every other boot that I have warn would be close to the end of there life and these are just getting started. I often work long hours on floors made from everything from wood to cement to rock to grass to aluminum, at the end of every day my feet still feel great. Really these boots rock.

Great shoes! The insert is very comfortable for someone who is walking all day. The back lip of the shoe rubbed the back of my leg and was a little uncomfortable at first, but they were broken-in after only a couple of days and don't bother me anymore.

These fit very well straight out of the box, with a nice bouncy sole and good lining inside the boot. They required a slight break-in around the ankle area, which can rub the back of your achilles tendon (this is normal with most boots of this height). They look great - slightly worn look even when brand new.
