This is a great waffle iron at a great price. We got spoiled on Belgian waffles during vacation and had to make them at home. This appliance is perfect. I've used the flour recipe in the manual as well as a BW mix and both turned out yummy. You set the texture and browning desired, pour in .5 cup of batter (nonstick surface!) and it lets you know the waffle is ready in minutes. I make them six at a time, cool them on cookie racks, and freeze them. That way, we can enjoy them during busy weekdays because they freeze and toast nicely. Add a nice waffle iron to the impeccable service Zappos offers and it's a winner on all fronts. I recommend it and have experienced no problems.

Just bought this and have used it twice. Love this waffle iron. It heats up quickly, makes beautiful waffles in the blink of an eye and let's you know when they're ready. After extolling its virtues, my sister bought one. Our family is sold on this waffle iron.

I ordered this iron with hesitation due to the fact that there are others much cheaper. It took seeing and then tasting the first perfect waffle to know that I made exactly the right decision. I would buy this again; highly recommend it to anyone interested.

I sent this waffle iron to my daughter and son-in-law in California, so I have not personally used it. However, they both say it performs very well and makes great waffles. They are very happy with it!

It warms up fast, but it took a little while for me to learn how to make satisfactory waffles. The first ones came out underdone, and not evenly cooked. Now it seems to work ok. It is really easy to clean, and the waffles don't stick.

Very disappointed in this product. I previously used VillaWare Belgian Waffle maker and this does not compare. Waffles are thin not Belgian like. When I cleaned it up the lettering wiped off. Sorry I would only give it two stars.
Brands I'd also recommend: VillaWare

Purchased this after a great review in Fine Cooking magazine. Very easy to use, cleans easily and makes great waffles. Just don't use pancake mix. Excellent service as always from Zappos.
