So far so good! This electric tea kettle is very nice. It is used a lot as I purchased it for work. A bit front heavy, so you have to grasp the handle lower down, hence the 4 for comfort, but overall a winner for the price. Love that it is not plastic. No weird flavors from the stainless steel.

Kettle works as advertised. Outside (as mentioned in other reviews) DOES get very hot. It’s stainless, so that's a given. This kettle, for its build quality is VERY fairly priced, IMO. Zappos has to be one of, if NOT THE best online retailer. Customer service above and beyond. Both the kettle and Zappos highly recommended.
