Charles David makes beautiful shoes, but as someone who is a true 11, Charles David always cuts their shoes at least 1/2 a size too small. Their shoes are beautiful and this was a beautiful lace-up flat boot for the fall.
Super soft leather and perfect fit. The leather is made to look like they are aged on the toe and heel. This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn with no break-in needed. I am ordering a pair in every color.
I take a size 7M, the boots fit perfectly for me right out of the box. The leather is gorgeous; I bought the black but it appears more grey because it is distressed. The calf fit me fine but I can see where they may be a little tight if you had large calves. Overall a beautiful feminine boot that makes your foot look small, not large like some boots can do.
Beautiful shoes, meant for skinny feet. Way too narrow for me! I used to be able to wear Charles David shoes! Had to return these.
First time I purchased a Charles David shoe. I'm very pleased with this wedge, true to size (size7) and it feels comfortable, although I just walked around the house so far. If you aren't afraid of heights, go ahead and get 'em!
I tried these on twice and they won't zip up all the way. I am average girl with full calves, but I have never had a boot not zip all the way up before. If you buy these, you must have skinny calves! I looked into stretching them and/or cutting them to put in an insert for more room, but for the money I don't want or need a project boot. They are stunningly beautiful, though. And I wanted them! Especially the grey ones! The leather is so soft and they are distressed which adds to their coolness, in my opinion.
Love the shoes but, if you have wide feet, sigh, not the best fit. Plus they look oddly scuffed at toes. Leather really soft though, so if you have narrow feet, could be a good pick.
Nice looking shoe. I was excited to get these, but not so much after putting these on and attempting to walk. I can usually walk in pretty high heels, but for me they were not very stable and the ankle strap is too loose to provide enough support.
Have not test driven them yet, but so far they are comfortable and look great. Seem a little woobly since they have a really tiny and slim sole and heel. Really great looking for this type of shoe and made well.
Love these shoes. I wear a size 7 and they fit perfectly. And considering the heel height, they are very comfortable, too.
These shoes are gorgeous! I cannot wait to wear them on my trip to Dominican Republic and this summer with jeans and dresses; they can go casual or dressy. I am always between sizes: 5.5 and a 6. I ordered a 5.5 and they fit my foot perfect! If you have a wide foot though go with the bigger size. They are hot, sexy and super comfortable! Get 'em!
I jumped for these shoes as soon as I saw them. I have a pair of Charles Davids already and love his quality and all day wear, really. After a pedicure (or some TLC) my feet looked fabulous in these shoes. Very comfortable considering the high heel. Real leather upper really makes a difference for comfort and give. I look forward to wearing these all summer with any outfit! I have the brown pair and find its a bit more casual thus versatile than the black for the summer season.

I love these shoes! They are very comfortable considering the heel height, and stylish. I am actually wearing them now.
These shoes are really cute and I love the light, go-with-anything neutral color. Unfortunately, they fit perfectly around the front half but my ankle was swimming in the strap. The strap also hit much too high across my ankle bone and the back also hit too high. These are unwearable for me. It's a bummer, but they're going back today.
These shoes are perfect for lounging out and relaxing at home. They are cute and eye catching. They run 1\/2 size small.
