Shoe is perfect height, not too flat and not too high. Stretch top is VERY comfortable from very first wearing. Looks very flattering on the foot, feminine and dressy, but still casual. Purchased in black, the black, stretchy material camouflages a beginning bunion/protrusion of the bone in large toe area. Wearing this style you would never know there is a problem. Platform sole also helps with another problem and that is pain in the "ball" of the foot. When wearing these darling shoes, there is little to no pain. Because the shoe was so great, I purchased this shoe in beige, but had to return it because that color did not camouflage the "bunion" problem, rather the light color seemed to "highlight" and draw attention to the problem.

I’m a shoe person, designer shoe that is... Charles David caters to my feet, though. I love these. I don’t have the most beautiful toes, so I always find a shoe that make the most of my feet & these totally work for me. They are visually beautiful. My only downside is I have a very deep arch, so I’ll give it a 3 and a half on arch support. Still, I’ll be able to wear all day!! These are very sexy… period. I kept them =)

Fabulous looking shoes - I purchased in the black/tan. I found the toe portion to be over-spacious there is plenty of space above my toes so that the straps don't touch my foot when I am sitting down. I found the arch area a bit longer than on most shoes and think they will be even more comfortable when I put "toe petals" in as they are not very padded. I love Charles David!

I love this shoe. It is super cute and very comfortable, even at this height. I originally ordered a 5, which is my normal size, and it was a little small, so I ordered a 5.5 and it fit perfectly. I probably could have fit in a 6 if I wanted a bit more room, but the 5.5 is fine.

This gorgeous, warm carmel color is this summer's new black. It goes with absolutely everything and I love it. The shoe is comfy and sexy. They are light weight and super stylish with the brass colored studs. Fit is true to size.

I was looking for a cute shoe to wear with summer sundresses. This shoe isn’t a bright white, it was more off-white, so it didn’t match. And I felt like it ran narrow and small.

I ordered this shoe in a size 9, which is my regular size, and it is definitely small. Others have commented on it running a size small. So remember that when you order the shoe. It is a beautiful shoe and very comfortable. I am returning my 9s but will likely order the next size up.

Very cute shoe. Easy to walk in and fairly comfortable. Please order a half size larger than what you normally wear because the shoe is a little short on the length.

LOVE these shoes - LOVE Charles David!! I ordered these (in gold) and a few other pair for a special occasion and I ultimately will be returning these because the Charles David Voila (patent camel) matches better. I'm bummed that I can't afford to keep these, too, because I love them and they are super comfortable, even though I have a slightly wide foot.

I started out very excited about this shoe; I even went above my normal budget. But sadly I had to return them, they’re not at all true to size. Even though just a bit of my heel is hanging off, for the price I expect the company to make shoes true to size...not skimp.

Not very comfortable - The heel is about 4 inches, not 2 3/4 by the way. Maybe some girls are used to wearing super skinny high heels - but these I could barely walk/stand in. They look very cute and sexy, but just not practical. Unfortunately, I will have to return them. If they were just one inch shorter, they could be wearable.

The best investment you make! I get so many compliments on these boots. They look ok with pants or jeans, but they really show themselves when you expose them. I wore them all winter with tights and now wearing them bare with short dresses in spring or boyfriend jeans so they are rolled up. They are very sexy and show off your ankles.

For a Charles David, these are not made well - The construction of this shoe is very disappointing. The leather of the straps is overlapped on the under-side so that they scratch the top of your foot as you walk. They are very cute, and make your calf look very defined, but I personally wasn't willing to put up with the skin irritation.

Fun and sexy - Love this shoe and the footbed is very comfortable. I have ordered Charles David shoes before and I usually need to order 1/2 size up. I ordered a full size up and they fit fine.
