Brothers and business partners Erik & Bjorn Leines are the inspiration behind the CELTEK brand, bringing a combined 30 years of professional snowboarding experience to bear on the industry. Erik entered the pro arena in 1997, coming into his own during snowboarding's most explosive period of growth. As a team rider for brands like Nixon, Oakley, and Volcom, Erik was granted an insider's pass to the business side of the sport, an advantage that few share in the industry. His determined work ethic and unshakable dedication to the sport earned him a broad fan base and the nickname "Mule," a moniker that still applies today in his role as CEO and Co-Founder of CELTEK.
Bjorn has ridden professionally since 1996, and today names Rome, Volcom, Smith, Power Balance, and IPath among his sponsors. His inimitable style has garnered not only competitive success, but deep respect both within and outside the pro snowboarding community. As Brand Ambassador and Co-Founder of CELTEK, Bjorn possesses that priceless insight afforded only to long-time veterans of the pro circuit, bringing the same passion he displays in his riding to the strategic marketing of his own company.

Celtek Payson Face Mask

I bought 3 models from Celtek at once, thinking I would keep 1 or 2 that I liked the best. Heist, Rogue, and Payson, for running in the winter, and possibly for skiing. Ended up returning all 3 because they all have the same 2 flaws: 1) too tight. I could barely fit them over my head (Heist was the tightest, Payson was more forgiving.) Specifically, the tip of my nose felt smushed, my mouth felt smothered, and I couldn't turn my head up because they were tight. More elastic range/stretchiness would have been nice. 2) They need to adjust that construction so it's not just the same circumference top to bottom. By that I mean, they should be loose around the mouth and nose tip, but secure at the upper border so that the mask would stay above the nose. If Celtek made these things loose enough to wear comfortably for me, I think they won't stay above my nose when I go running. One last thing, the Heist and Rogue are heavier than they look, and Payton is much thinner (like Underarmor) than it looks. Celtek, I hope you read this...
