Excellent Boot for work or play - I have had this boot for two weeks now and they are fast becoming my favorite pair of shoes. They are pretty stylish for a boot and look good with a good pair of jeans. They have good traction on all types of surfaces. The size is about a half size larger than indicated, but with some thicker socks they feel just right. They required almost no break in time and felt good right out of the box. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a boot for work or for casual wear around the town.

Good Damn Boot.... This is my 2nd purchase of the CAT Revolver Boot. I am a mechanic by trade (aircraft and diesel)and tend to wear through boots about every 6 months. The Revolver has lasted me 2+ years and is still going strong. The heel is a little worn but the rest of the tread on the sole is good. The overall boot is in pretty good shape too. I put a little mink oil to weatherproof as I am usually working in adverse conditions. The new boots are comfortable from the first wearing and my old pair is just like an old pair of slippers....so completely worn in and comfortable. My old boots are now my bum around the house/fishing/leisure shoes while my new pair are with me at work. I plan on wearing this brand so long as they continue to make them. It's a good damn boot. My girlfriend, who is still working in the Middle East also has several CAT brand work boots that she absolutely loves. We recommend these products highly. She likes them for the style and comfort while I like them for their durability and comfort. We will continue to buy these products.

Doug Allen - I considered 2 different boots from Caterpillar:the Colt and the Revolver. Both are very nice looking and well made. They both fit about the same - about 1 size larger than stated. I wear an 11.5 usually but in both of these boots, the 10.5 felt just right. I finally decided based on price- the Revolver is about $20 cheaper than the Colt and has I think a nicer earth tone brown color. I am very happy with the choice !! You will be too

Great work boots - I look for comfort for my feet and I found it in the Catertillar's Revolver boots. I work on my feet and do a lot of walking and they are great. I recommend anyone getting these.

Good boot - The bend, flex, and support of this boot is good. It fits the bill well for a work boot or casual wear. The bottom sole is good and very grippy. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship.

Caterpillar Revolver - This is a good boot. Almost no break-in required. Comfortable from the get go. It felt a half size larger than marked, but I normally wear a size 8-1/2. Larger sizes may be a full size larger than marked. Interior finish rubs off on my socks, but no big deal. Interesting that heavy equipment maker Caterpillar also makes a good heavy duty boot.

A sharp- looking and comfortable boot. I normally wear a 14 boot and I wished that I would have ordered a 13 - 13.5 boot, but I am using it for motorcycling so the fit should be great.

Not a bad boot, but not right for me. Normally a 10 regardless of the brand fits me well, but a 9 in this was the closest I could get to a good fit, but then it felt too narrow.
